The historically preserved architecture and details were absolutely stunning. Using a REAL key to enter the room gave my child lots of delight. Comfortable bed and room without a TV as the focal point really made a difference. Not to mention the attention to detail of all of the bathroom amenities. My one and only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the wait staff skills in the restaurant. The food itself was spot on for what we were looking for.

We stayed at the Roycroft the night of a winter snowstorm. It was a unique experience because I think it's the only time I've ever seen the Roycroft quiet. The rooms were SO nice, and the continental breakfast was delicious (especially the pumpkin muffins), the staff was so helpful. There was a winter storm warning so they offered for us to stay as late as we'd like, helped us shovel out our car, and offered endless hot coffee and snacks. Roycroft is our #1 choice to stay when visiting family in East Aurora.
