Really kind and accommodating staff and better than expected breakfast options! There was a really nice "cookie fairy" who brought around fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and was very sweet with our kids. Comfortable beds, but the room could have been a little cleaner. We found a dime in the bathroom and bottle of iced tea in the fridge. We really enjoyed the heated pool! Overall, would stay again and recommend!

not the best, not the worst, the elevator was so slow we took the stairs the whole time. There had to have been 10 people in the hallways yelling to each other working on cleaning rooms but very lost and confused who was doing what. Even with the TV on we could hear them all yelling at each other who should be cleaning each room. Certainly did not seem like a family friendly kind of area to visit.

The check-in process was pretty quick and seamless which we appreciated with two young kids. The staff at the check-in let me know we were off to the end of the hallway which might be helpful (I think she was referring to closer to the evelator can be noisy - again appreciate with young kids). The room itself was spacious and convenient with a microwave and mini-fridge and appeared to be just cleaned prior to our arrival. Mirror problem with the fridge is for some odd reason it wasn't balanced and kept tipping forward. Didn't affect our experience. The beds are comfy. Based on the location though it does get a bit loud. Luckily the kids were too tired to notice. Overall a good stay and with a warm breakfast :)

We didn't like their control of things that were going on.. There were kids yelling, running all over and no one was trying to get the situation under control.. Many guests complained but nothing was done about it..

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. Not fancy, but has everything you need for a basic stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet with a decent selection to get you on the go in the morning. Barb in the breakfast area is a gem! With the busyness of many hockey teams, and their families coming through the breakfast area… She remained helpful, friendly, and kind. She even offered to wash my coffee thermos for me. Great location, Starbucks, super Walmart less than five minutes away. It has become a great option for us when we have last-minute snowboarding visits to Ellicottville only a 45 minute easy drive.

On our first night, we stayed in a room located near the freeway, which was noisy, as the sound of passing vehicles could be heard loud and clear. That room was also missing a blackout shade and the parking lot street lights were very bright. The front desk staff was able to reassign us to a different room on the second night, which was much better! Also, there were 3 kids hockey teams that stayed during out time there and kids were running rampant around the property; however, I understand this is out of the hotel's control.

The elevator needs to be cleaned. There is what looks like and I add hopefully milk shake on the walls with lots of fingerprints. Ugh! Just gross. There was a pill I found on the rug in my room. A child could have easily found that and swallowed it and became sick. This only lets me know the rug wasn’t vacuumed properly. The tub needs to be snaked because as I took a shower the bathtub filled up with water. It was close to being filled up. I stood there trying to get clean but I’m standing in a tub of the filth just cleaned off my body. Also I had to clean hair that was still in the tub. I sprayed it down with Lysol after. I wasn’t going to even eat the free breakfast there. I was traumatized enough.

Hotel looks relatively new. Very clean with friendly staff. Comfy and pool was a plus for the kids. Free breakfast had a nice selection. Had no issues and would definitely stay again!

We always stop here on our way to NY. Great place for the kids. Clean and in a quiet place.
