Very overpriced/ over rated for what it was! Flat uncomfortable pillows, hair on bed sheets upon arrival, pizza from hotel restaurant and pepperoni was burnt to crisp, I asked for discount on it, got 15% off a 20 4 slice pizza that was disgusting. Pop was also watered down. Breakfast was not worth the price either, save your $ and go to Bob Evan’s or Cracker Barrel. Pool area was a joke! Loud unattended kids running all over and splashing.

The stay was ok. The problem was in the swimming pool when a group of about 15 to 20 kids were acting out making it uncomfortably for several other familys trying to enjoy the water. Staff came in but said nothing. They were throwing football, almost hitting other people's kids. They were loud and doing flips very rude. Other than that it was fine

Staff was amazing! Hotel was nice & clean. There was a comfortable smoking area which was nice as most hotels are smoke free properties. We stayed during the total eclipse & they had fun stuff for the kids along with decorations. The airport is right across the street which is nice for convenience. We could see airplanes taking off from our room window but couldn't hear them!

The staff are very professional and responsive to any concerns. The greeted my family and little boys when we arrived and helped them feel welcome and reduce the stress of being in a new place. The staff checked in during our visit. We are very pleased with your stay.

I do wish there was an employee that would check into the pool area as there are a lot of children that misbehave making it hard for it to be a relaxing environment. Parents also don't always monitor their kids and allow young children in the hot tub by themselves.

We stayed here Easter weekend to see a hockey game at Keybank Center.
The hotel and our room was clean and well maintained. It was not loud considering it's directly across from the airport. We were able to pick the room we wanted on the Hilton app the day before, so we picked the 5th floor at the end of the hallway furthest from the elevator. The lady at the front desk was lovely and our check in was easy and quick.
We prepaid for breakfast through Expedia which was a great deal. We were there Easter morning and the staff at the restaurant - Marie (server) and the Polish Chef - were amazing and the food was delicious! The pancakes and potatoes are a must-try! We even got to try special Polish Easter Bread. Thank you for your hospitality!
We had dinner at the American Grill the night before and the food was delicious then too - we had the wings, BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Kid's burger (bigger than most Canadian adult burgers) and Kids Grilled Cheese.
We used the pool for a bit too before the hockey game and our kids loved it.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It was a excellent week-end getaway with my woman and without the kids. We got an excellent deal on the jr. suite room. Room was very spacious, clean and the sound proofing was no joke (didn't hear a peep). Breakfast was buffet style and cooked to order(eggs weren't just sitting there) A+++++

Booked a night at this hotel and we were given a room on a floor full of kids that kept running and screaming in corridors like no tomorrow. Woke us up several times in the middle of the night.
Hotel amenities are pretty dated.

My family and i had a good time however the sofa bed in our room did not work and the mattress was dirty. The front desk did give us an additional room at now charge. I just wish they would have checked before hand if the sofa bed worked. I was disgusted by the state of the mattress.
