Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Buffalo-Airport, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean, pool & hot tub were nice. A large family consumed the hot tub for a very long time, so it took a while before we could use it. The view was not great, overlooking an industrial area or factory was kind of disappointing. Felt like we were in the middle of a work area. The room with two queen beds was very tiny and in the Expedia advertisement showed pictures with two queen beds being in a smaller suite with a couch so was disappointed when I saw it wasn't and was extra small to move around in, it was very cramped for 4 people. Not enough bath towels for the number of people and had to go hunting for towels when needed.

We chose this hotel as our family was going to the Luke Combs concert. In the middle of getting ready, our hotel lost power. We had no idea what happened until we went to the front desk. Unfortunately, the power wasn’t restored before we had to leave for the concert— hair half curled and looking silly. Our service was good, but really wished that this was discounted on our total bill. I do understand it was an outage further than just the hotel, but we were not able to use the amenities provided in the service we booked.

I stay at Holiday Inns often around the world, and this was the worst hotel experience of our lives. It was extremely dirty from the minute we walked into the lobby to the rooms and the breakfast area. Here are all the details: - Upon arrival, the room, bathroom, and bed covers were not cleaned at all. - The room door knob was broken. We struggled to open it, as it was going up and completely all the way down. When we left the next day we realized the knob did not lock at all, so we slept with the door unlocked! - There was a condom on the property entrance. - In one elevator, there was a cup with liquid left in there. In the other elevator, there was mysterious liquid all over the floor. - The staff were so unbothered and rude. This was so disappointing. - We wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi, but it looked completely yellow and dirty. - Lastly, there was a hockey tournament group staying that weekend. Our full stay was children and adults screaming and running in the hallway all day and night, in the lobby, pool, and every public area. The hotel should have been enforcing quiet hours, and just overall being respectful for all of their guests. Do not stay here at all! There are other hotels in the area, go there. What a disappointing and gross experience.

They were family friendly the kids had a blast in the pool and the room was clean the only thing I didn't like was the morning breakfast attend she made me and my kids feel uncomfortable the whole time we were getting breakfast she was watching us the whole time I'm not sure what her problem was but besides that we had a good stay

Our room was fine. Unfortunately there was a large group of kids & their parents at the hotel, so the lobby was very noisy, and the breakfast buffet was short of food for a period.

Convenient to our family affair

The place is a great economic place to stay with the family. The rooms were clean, and their breakfast is a great way to save on breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Loved it the kids enjoyed themselves and I got to relax the workers were all so nice definitely coming back .

We flew up from Alabama to see the Bills play 1/15. Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The kids loved the indoor pool. The location is excellent for an early flight. We hope to stay here again.

It is very close to the airport. If you want to go to the Niagara Falls, just 20 to 25 minutes drive. Very clean and big room. The staff is very nice, especially for those work for the breakfast. The only annoying thing was that our room was on the first floor and close to the exit. It became very noisy at midnight when people came in and out, doors opened and closed, and kids running around.
