Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport

Stayed here for our family trip to see the falls. Hotel was recently renovated and it looked very nice. Had that new hotel smell still. Check in was a breeze, even let us check in early. Pack n play was brought to our room within 5 mins of checkin. Room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was nice, with rotating proteins every morning. Only complaint was the pool was closed as the week we were there the room was being replaced. However, they did let us utilize a sister location 3 mins away to swim at. Grocery store and a dozen restaurants nearby. Would gladly stay there again.

The hotel is newly renovated, however our room had no working air-conditioning inside the front desk told us to try find another place to stay, because they are fully book and its a long weekend, after everywhere Else is book out. And its was a family weekend, with 15 family members .I was very disappointed with our stay , it was a long weekend and a very hot one as well .

First accommodations at Homewoods Suits by recommendation from a close friends and it was spot on and exceeded my expectations. I to will stay again also forward my recommendation to family and friends. Thank you.

Hotel and amenities were as described. Rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Our room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. There were stains and used paper towels or toilet paper. The pool had broken glass in it that cut my child’s foot and then the pool was shut down the rest of our stay, so no swimming for our kids. The GM was kind but not so much for the front desk staff. Breakfast was also not good and pretty limited.

In the middle of renovations. Seemed like sheet rock dust everywhere. Room was clean but still had that dusty air. Pool was out of order 1 day before our 2 night stay began. Upset because this is the 3rd Hilton chain hotel in a row where the pool is out of order and my kids can't swim. Might be done with Hilton. Not seeing the benefit to my 'Diamond' status outside of 2 waters when I check-in.

This location is under construction. Which I’m 99.9% certain was not disclosed at the time I booked. The pool was closed which was the basis of our trip so my kids were super disappointed. I specifically was searching for locations with pools so I would have noticed it being noted it was closed. When we checked in, the computer system was super slow but finally worked and all was fine. However when I woke up in the morning I noticed that the hotel held the charge of my room against my card twice. Not good for out weekend adventures and ending such a large amount. I went to the front desk (which is basically a closet right now) and was told my bank probably charged it twice and there was nothin they could do. This is absolutely absurd. The bank cannot just place a charge. The merchant does that. (I work at the bank. I know how it works ha). The still insisted there was nothing they could do and basically sent me on my way. (I called the bank and they helped me..,and confirmed the hotel charged it twice). Our room was already remodeled but not well. Outlets were falling out of the wall. The shower wouldn’t drain. The drawer in the kitchen was broken. The lights in the bathroom kept changing from daylight to soft light on their own. The heat wasn’t working at first and the window in our room was open when we checked in, but didn’t notice until the next day. It’s winter in buffalo.

Unfortunately our review is not the greatest..to start this hotel was under renovations which we were not aware of and as it wasnt noisy or anything it was very inconvenient..this hotel is shaped like a horseshoe and we were at the absolute far end and our fire exit was completely closed off, thank god no fire as we would be jumping out of our 3rd story window, our rooms were completely remodeled..just not completely as the kitchen cupboard were falling off...the included breakfast was less then satisfactory..we were told 6:30-10..arrived at 9:30..out of almost everything and were told not making more..as for the pool and spa...spa out of order entire weekend..indoor pool not heated whatsoever ...pretty chilly dip for the kids This hotel has huge potential and had we been informed about renos and state of facilities we probably would have booked elsewhere

Had a fun time with my family, the staff checking us in were very clueless and could not do check in smoothly without needing help by additional staff. The room was good and clean. The pool was great. No other concerns past check in issues

Everything was good except I requested late checkout. I was interrupted by housekeeping and after I stated I requested late checkout she said ok then left. She returned moments later and said we are booked today we can honor late checkout. Which left me scurrying to jump up and pack and leave couldn't even get the little ones washed and dressed properly as we were being tossed out.
