Nice Hotel, family friendly and clean. Free coffee in the lobby, close to restaurants and Walmart. NJ transit across the street, good for visiting Manhattan (20-25min ride). Breakfast was okay and beds were comfortable.

This hotel is has an excellent location for travelers. You can get the NJ Port Authority Bus from right across the street. There are tons of restaurant across the hotel like Chipotle, Shake Shack, Cumin n Eat and etc. There is also a Walmart and Sam’s Club at a walking distance.
The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and The staff if friendly and helpful. Judith went extra mile for us to offer us the playpen/crib that was very helpful for us with a kid who has learned to crawl n walk.
Few cons: drawback is the Wi-fi. They had only at the lobby. The breakfast is limited for vegetarian who do not eat eggs ( cos egg is not considered veg in Indian community). It gets crowded but there is extra seating space. We hardly went for the breakfast as it closed at 9am and with the baby it was tough.

I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance and prepaid for the room reserved a double bed room because i was moving my daughter's into college and needed 2 beds for us. Got to the hotel and they decided to give my prepaid room away to someone else and move my room to a king bed only room with a sofa. So now the most important night that i needed the 2 beds they took it away from. When asked to speak to a manager the lady at the front desk said there is nothing she can do for me and i can talk to the manager tomorrow. So me and my family had to be uncomfortable the whole night because they gave our prepaid room away. Went to the front desk the next morning ask to speak to a manager and apparently there is no manager on the weekends so the lady at the front desk lied to me when i checked in tellling me the manager would be in tomorrow. So i explained the situation again to the gentleman at the front desk and he said the manager would reach out to me. I checked out today and still waiting for the manager to contact me. What a joke.

My family truly enjoyed our stay.
Check in was quick and easy with no issues.
Darolyn was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. All of my questions were answered and was provided all required information regarding the hotel and NJ transit.
The location is perfect for visiting NYC, shopping and food all within walking distance.
The Room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. The air conditioner and refrigerator worked well and it was nice having a microwave in the room.
Plenty of parking - always had a spot. The surrounding area was safe. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest in the shower
Breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes and a meat every day. Waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, muffins, bagels and toast. The breakfast area gets very busy and you have to line up and wait for your food. I suggest you wake up early to avoid the crowds. 24 hr coffee machine and tea available.
We will most definitely stay here in the future and will recommend Best Western Plus Meadowlands to friends and family.

My family and I had an amazing stay! We received an exceptional service from the staff, they were all very courtious and respectful. The hotel was very well maintained, it was clear that hygiene and cleanliness are top priorities! Also, the fact that the bus to go to NYC is literally in front of the hotel makes it very convenient to travel. 10/10 we found the spot!

Stayed 3 nights July 2024 as part of family break. Staff friendly, hotel clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is a little tight but no problem especially if you go down a little early. Easy bus access into Manhattan for less than $10 return. We saved nearly $1000 on equivalent stay in Manhattan hotel so if you don't mind the bus journey (which we quite enjoyed) then I would recommend this hotel. Carnegie Diner across the street is well worth a visit -not the cheapest but good quality food & service and good vibe. Enjoy.

Great for families. Bus to the NYC is across the street, shopping and food all around. Breakfast is limited and area is small, people had no manners and proper hygienic practices when grabbing food(not to do with the hotel, just people)

Room did not have any towels. Fortunately, there were two young ladies at the time cleaning rooms and they were kind enough to supply us what we needed with no questions asked. At night, we noticed we did not have any sheets, cover nor pillows for the pull out bed. The front desk clerk was very helpful and supplied everything needed for a comfy stay. The two oversights were taken care in timely manner and in great spirit. Our family of would definitely stay again.
