Everything was great staff was great house keeping did amazing in are room while we was out. Only problem was when me and my family would go down for breakfast in the morning she would be rude. She always had something to say to me or one of my family members.

carpet smell when entering, and there was a event going on in one of the rokm in first floor and the parents left their kids in corridor to play, they were screaming amd knocking door etc. on top of that the event guys turn d on load speaker till 11pm and manager could not so anything after multiple complaints from other room guest.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were not clean! Teenagers and other guest hanging outside of peoples rooms blocking the door way. Key cards not working. Drunk guest coming in and out of there rooms making noise. The pillow cases not changed or cleaned. To much chlorine in the pool. Again staff was amazing but overall everything else I would NEVER go back there. Let alone 5 dollars for parking? And nobody made me aware of that until arrival I thought that was crazy! This is just a place for drunk teenagers and adults to get there own vibes on. Not ok! Especially with children staying there.

The room we received (1 king bed) was not what we reserved for 4 people (2 queen beds). Upon speaking with the front desk I was told there are no other available rooms and that this happens all the time with their system. Additionally another member of our party (3 families traveling together) had to be moved to a different hotel because they over booked (again something they said happens as a resultnof their system) and did not have a room for them.

The King room was clean and comfortable although there was no hot water in the morning. I also rented a double for my children that smelled of tobacco smoke in a non-smoking facility. Otherwise pleasant stay. Loved the pool and the breakfast

The kids loved the pool, but it was not too clean. The floor was pretty gross, there were hairs that were not cleaned up. The bathtub hot water did not work and so my kids were not able to take a bath. We requested a crib beforehand and it was not in the room when we got there. Requested it again at check-in, and didn't receive it until I saw it in the lobby several hours later and I asked if I could take it up myself. Breakfast was very good.

We booked a suite room. The only difference between the standard room and the suite room is instead of a chair the suite has a sofa. It’s misleading and it says it sleeps 4 but with a king size bed it sleeps only 2. We were very disappointed as we paid for suite but had to settle for standard room with 2 queen bed as we were traveling as a family. We did not get the difference of money or any discount on room rate for being misled. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk gave us menu for pizza places out of which one pizza shop had closed a year back the other had prices that were 5years old. The Chinese restaurant menu they gave us would not deliver to that hotel
