While the property was clean and welcoming, there was an issue with what we booked compared to what we received. While we booked a room with two queen beds, we ended up with two double beds. The front desk staff explained there is sometimes an issue between Expedia bookings and what is actually being booked at the hotel. While we were told there was nothing else available, we were provided with a cot (which took up half the room) for our toddler and my husband and I slept separately for the entirety of our stay.

The front entrance was under construction, but that was no problem for me. Parking is convenient and right under the hotel. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby!

First off, making reservation through Expedia seemed to not be great dor the staff, every request we had was met with "oh you booked through Expedia, no we can't do that". The pool was shut down for maintenance, so that was quite dissapointing, as that was a big part of our families stay. Had items stolen from the truck parked in their garage.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times this year. The hotel is convenient, safe, centrally located near our friends and family. My husband and cannot say enough about the cleanliness, friendly staff and up to date rooms/comfort.

All the staff was very friendly. I believe there was an AAU softball team staying on my floor during my 2 night stay. They were up 7:00 in the morning and in the evening playing and running in the hallway. It would of been nice if the hotel had put us and other guest on different floors so we were not disturb. Our last day there the kids played in the hallway from about 7:00-7:45 when we finally dozed back off there was a knock at the door from housekeeping at 8:45 even though check out was at 11:00

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The view of the cityscape at night was cool. There is a parking garage right at the location with direct access to the hotel with a set of enclosed stairs. There is a $12.50 per day parking fee that allows you to come and go as you please. The pool and hot tub wasn’t busy and nice. When warmer weather arrives there is a sun deck that becomes open adjoining the pool which would be very nice. The pool and gym is on the third floor. The breakfast was very, very good and it’s a sit down restaurant style. We had free breakfast for two each morning up to a $30.00 limit. We had to pay a little extra each day but it was delicious and worth it. The rooms were very clean and the big screen TV was a plus. The location is right downtown but accessible. It’s not a location you’d want to walk around with a family at night perhaps but that’s a personal opinion.
