Courtyard by Marriott Manchester - Boston Regional Airport

A friend of mine and I spent two nights at this hotel as we were having a fundraiser for funeral expenses to bury my little brother who passed away at the age of 40 from Liver Disease. I did have an issue with the lock on my door and ended up with 3 or 4 sets of keys, but I know the hotel was in the middle of being remodeled. We found it somewhat difficult to access our vehicles after the snowstorm. The snow between vehicles could have been shoveled or removed as vehicles were coming and going, luckily we were smart women and carried small shovels in our vehicles and were able to somewhat shovel ourselves out. We did enjoy using the pool, but had wished there was a hot tub to soak in after our long day at the fundraiser. My friend and I rented two separate rooms and had stayed for two nights. Neither of us were made aware that there would be a charge for parking until we checked out on Sunday morning and that was only because I had heard the guest checking out before me talking about it. My friend had checked out a few people before me so she didn't know until I told her. I do want to say thank you though for being a home away from home while having to put on our fundraiser. It's been a difficult time in mine and my families life lately. Have a wonderful day!!

Quiet, comfortable room. I rarely sleep well in hotels, but during our two-night stay I slept like a baby both nights. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was nothing great, but certainly adequate for my tastes. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The pool is very small and the website says there is a hot tub and shows a picture of one on their site, but found out when I got there that there is no hot tub. The hotel parking lot was full so had to park in a lot to another building and walk over. I asked for extra pillows and blankets for myself, as my kids had all of the ones in the room and they brought up just a comforter and said they could not find anymore pillows since they were a full house. There was tiny bugs on the comforter that was provided to me. Just not impressed overall with my stay here.
