The woman at the front desk was amazing! She was cheerful, friendly and very helpful!! This is my second stay at TRU, Manchester, NH and both times the service was impeccable. The rooms were very clean both times, the lobby was inviting, and the decor is light and fun throughout. I can't say enough good things about this location! I can't wait to stay again! It's top on my list of recommendations to friends and family for a great stay at a great price!

Staff was really terrific. Employees seemed to enjoy their work and tried to add value to guests' experience. I loved the open lobby/breakfast area/tv and pool space. Available board games and free pool made interacting with other guests fun. I even made friends with a family from from Boston. It was great.

The building and room was super clean and staff was friendly. Also had like 200 kids destroying the breakfast bar and the lobby and being rude when we can down to get coffee and a breakfast. One down fall was quiet times from 10:30p-9:30a and we had people up yelling and slamming doors till 3am which made it impossible to sleep.
