The people that you have there is omg and algo the people doing drugs and front off the kids and the brafaste is not good it’s only eggs

There was some type of party occurring . There were kids playing hockey in the hallways until 2am. I understand that it was New Years Eve however until 2am is not acceptable.

My family enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. We did only have 2 used tools of toilet paper upon arrival & 3 towels when we had a party of 5 but when we went to the front desk to ask for more, they asked how much of each we needed with no hesitation. The stay was great, no issues at all.

I was on the first floor and very near the lobby. It was past 10 pm and the lobby / breakfast area was full of noisy kids running all around making noise. I am assuming there was some event they were all staying there for. I think the lobby area should not be used as a "party " area for guests. This group also left left the door to the pool propped open which made the whole 1st floor smell like chlorine. If I were to stay there again I would request to not be on the 1st floor.

This totally satisfied our needs which were to sleep after arriving late from airport and be able to drive next day to our destination 3 hours away. Breakfast is provided and perfect for two children (ages 6 and 7) and parents too. Room was a little dark but then we were only sleeping so it didn't matter.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (2 adults and 4 kids ages 4 - 12 were comfortable for 3 nights), and the amenities:pool, breakfast, and a friendly and helpful staff. great location for shopping at the Mall of NH, LL Bean, and Chuckie Cheese for the kids. We'll be staying here again.

The gentleman working on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, November 18th, was absolutely terrific. He promptly accommodated myself and family upon arrival and was extremely polite, each and every time we spoke. He addressed me as Mr. each conversation we had and was a pleasure to meet. Great great job.
