Homewood Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown

It was very comfortable! We had two families staying in a suite with two rooms and it was so comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

My family loved this hotel. It had a king bed inside a bedroom, a seperate living room with a pull out couch, and a full kitchen. My kids thought it was amazing. Kind staff and free delivery on GrubHub. They also had a really well kept pool.

We really enjoyed Omaha for our 4th annual granny and me vacay. The hotel breakfast was very good and filling. Thank you sooo much for the zoo gift card and all the good customer service from all of your staff The room needed a little fixin (bed frame, cold water, hot water only in the kitchen sink) but with 3 kiddos we were ok with that.

We appreciated the big room on the end with a view of fireworks. Our kids were running from window to window. The breakfast was also very good.

We booked a couple nights for a family fun time in Omaha. The suite we had was perfect for our group. Amenities were great, breakfast had a really nice selection. No frills pool, but that didn't stop our kids from splashing and having fun (had to make them get out). They have a patio with a couple grills, we didn't have time or supplies to utilize it, but saw others have a great time, enjoyed the free smells from the pool. Would definitely book again!

Loved the set up of our two rook suite. But the cleanliness left a lot to be desired when the floor had tons of tiny stuff all over it (I have a crawler and it was pretty gross). Then this morning as we left I went to shake out the bedding to make sure we werent leaving anything behind and part of a diaper from someone else's child came out of rhe bedding. The pool heater was broken so the pool was super cold. Made the front desk staff aware of my concerns at check out they looked horrified but didnt offer anything other than apologies. (I didnt need anything but found the response interesting) That being said - the staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. Location was convenient for our needs. Not sure that we'll be back though.

We called before arriving and asked about a crib, we were told there would be one available for us. They did not have any for us the first night so a toddler sleeping in bed with their parents was not ideal. However, they redeemed themselves and got us one the following night. Key cards messed up on our last night and that was really frustrating. There are a few things missing. Not enough towels for six adults and one toddler. Broken handle on one of the bedroom doors that made it not able to be locked, and some of the soap and shampoo and conditioner were out of stock. Overall, the stay was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again. The space was great for the number of us. The offer for waters at the front desk was fantastic! And the staff keeping up with the breakfast did an amazing job. They ensured that everything was cleaned up and well stocked the entire time. I would give this a 3.5 out of 5 for the reasons mentioned above.

We had a reservation book far in advance but when we showed up at the hotel they allowed an extended stay to have our room. This kind of makes a reservation for a particular set up pointless. We were traveling as a family and it made the start of our trip unnecessarily hard. The front desk was apologetic but once again makes a reservation a bit pointless if you don’t honor it.

I called prior about the pool to make sure it was working. When we got there it was no longer working so we got to share the neighbor pool with 50 other kids and it was cold. I stepped on GLASS that was in our room and had to dig it out of my foot. Thankful it didn’t happen to our 1 year old.
