We booked it cause of the reviews and price. We got there and were given room across from noisy ice machine. I went down and told receptionist that it was too noisy and asked for a quieter room. Her response was there is a group of kids coming this weekend. My response I’m only here for one night not the weekend. She gave me a room on third floor all the way down the hall. It was ok. I asked about breakfast and was informed it would be $12 each. For that price I could have stayed at our usual hotel. We were trying some place new for us.

Location is very quiet and safe. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Only complaint was the pool and pool room were freezing so the kids couldnt enjoy swimming.

My wife and I stayed here one night with our two kiddos, ages 1 & 3. It was a quick trip and we just wanted a hotel with a pool. Long story short, the pool was closed for maintenance reasons. The lady at the front desk noticed how sad it made our three year old so she shaved $50 off our stay! That’s service! Clean room, very nice lobby. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good stay. There were a few minor issues, like with a very dim walk-in light and a remote control that only partially worked. We had seen that there was a hot breakfast, but we had not realized that it was not complimentary. Ten dollars for three fairly small pancakes is a bit ridiculous, so going down the street to Caleb's where you can get a lobster omelet for the same price is a much better option. Overall, this hotel is pleasant. Lovely courtyard to kick back. There's a fire pit and the area is right beside the indoor pool, which has glass walls. So, you can keep an eye on children while you are relaxing in the sun.

We enjoyed the grassy courtyard and patio on the first floor. The breakfast options were sub-par so we ate out each day. We had 5 rooms for a family birthday. Doubt we will stay again.

The man that checked us in was wonderful. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. Parking wasn't great. We paid for two continental breakfasts to be included with our stay. When my adult kids went down to get it, it looked like there was nothing available. They asked at the front desk and were directed to what looked like a breakfast bar with prices. The man working there was very rude to them when they told him that we had already paid for two breakfasts. They didn't even bother going to eat on our 2nd morning to avoid his attitude.
