Very happy with our family’s 4 night stay at this hotel. Very clean room and facilities, renovated room was spacious and our son had a great L-shaped sofa bed with a half-wall separation with our bed. Staff very friendly & breakfast food and area were fine.
Only 20 minutes from KC Chiefs & Royals stadiums. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and well-located, with no major issues. It's important to note that despite the hotel's website mentioning a restaurant, they do not actually have one. Instead, they offer a limited bar menu with items like sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. Due to staffing shortages, the service was limited when my family and I arrived on a Sunday. However, the room was comfortable, clean, and overall good.

This is our go-to place when visiting our family of Overland Park. The location is great and the hotel overall and our rooms are always spacious and comfortable for us (senior citizens). The staff are great - always quick to assist as needed. The pool is nice (grandkids approve!) and the breakfasts are really good - nice balance of variety w/o going overboard. Love the fruit. All of that for a reasonable price = great value for our travel $$. Thanks Hyatt.

This hotel is conveniently located near one of the major highways but distant enough for the noise to be an issue. The hotel is undergoing renovations which was only evident to me by the cardboard covering the floor of the elevators. The room I stayed in was very spacious and had nice modern touches. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom/shower as it gave me the chance to utilize the sink and counter while a family member used the shower. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast; there were plenty of delicious options available. The pool was a decent size. I did not use the gym but I saw it had a stationary bike, two treadmills and plenty of weights.
The staff was always very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bed was terrible. We had brought an air mattress and had to sleep on that every night. The hotel was under construction the entire time and there were tons of noisy kids running around screaming after quiet hours (11 pm). Not the best experience!

we drove to Kansas city from Chicago to see family. This hotel was close to their house. the hotel is in a very safe, upscale area near lots of stores and restaurants, while being next to the main highway. despite that, it was very quiet. although they were rehabbing the hotel, there was no disruption or dust. Reception was friendly and helpful. free parking was easy and plentiful. there was a bar and Starbucks in the lobby. Wi-fi worked well. the room was spacious with sofa, desk and a small kitchen counter with refrigerator. the beds were comfortable and bedding nice. plenty of hot water, supplies and towels. it was clean and well decorated.

The pool, staff, and property were great. The room, though clean and comfortable, was not laid out well for our family during our 5-night stay. There wasn’t a microwave so we had to go down to the lobby to heat anything up, the double beds were very small, there wasn’t much convenient shelf space to store our items, and our tub didn’t drain well our entire stay (even though we contacted staff about the issue the first day we were there).
Even so, the breakfast was delicious, the area was very nice, and we had a lovely time….even if the room layout wasn’t super functional for us.

We stayed 2 nights over Memorial Day 2023. Things were ok on Saturday evening but we noticed several ball teams staying and the parents were packing the bar. The breakfast on Sunday morning was serviceable. We are pretty sure they make the room & buffet coffee bad so you will buy it from the small Starbucks counter instead. We headed out for the day and returned to the hotel around 4:30 pm on Sunday. Upon arrival, we noticed several large traveling busses and kids everywhere. As we went to the elevator, we looked out at the pool because my 13 yo daughter wanted to swim. It was overrun with 50 kids & the hotel & elevator floors were wet, there was tons of trash floating in the pool and the kids had very loud music and were playing softball (or something) on the back lawn. While adults were present, nobody seemed to be in charge. Things only got worse the next morning; we woke up to screaming kids in the hallway. When I went to turn on the sink, there was a tiny trickle of water. My sister called me on her cell (she was next door), to say her water didn’t work, either. She tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I was able to call down and told maintenance was on it. The trickle quit and we had no water. When we checked out we got nothing but excuses and no resolution. In the parking lot next to our car, there were used condoms thrown around. I picked this hotel because of ratings, but we won’t be back. Im a Hyatt member and furious to be treated so badly!

We felt the toilet/bathroom was too small and confining. The vent in that room was much too noisy. Easy to wake up a sleeping family member.
