1) The room they put us in smaelled like a wet dog (pets as allowed here) 2) our neighbor across the hall had a rat dog that barked and scratched at the door from 7-7:30am, waking my family and I 3) i was told by management staff that I needed to move my vehicle due to parking lot maintenance, no big deal. I go to move my car, and I realize I had not knowingly driven all over wet tar. It wouldve been nice to have had a more advanced notice on this. My brand new car's tires were caked with tar, causing it to drive bumpy

Our stay was terrible. The mini fridge was leaking before we got there, so when we opened the door, there was a pool of water in the middle of the room. I went back to the front desk, but the man at the desk was on his cell phone trying to fix the card machine. I had to wait 10 minutes for him to speak to me while my kids and husband stood outside the room with all our stuff waiting to see if we could get a dry room. The person at the desk told me he would come down in a little while to clean it up, but he couldn’t move us to another room. He eventually came down, wiped it a few times with a mop, and left us one extra towel to stuff under the fridge. Our room had paint peeling from the walls all around the window and in the bathroom. The TV remote only worked some features of the TV, but could not turn it on or off or adjust the volume. We never had hot water in the shower. The best we got was like warm. Only half the outlets worked and the switch to turn off the primary room lights above the beds didn’t work, so we could not turn the light off. It was so bright we couldn’t sleep. We finally had to pull the bed out to find where the cord came out of the wall and disconnect it to turn the light off. I do not know how this property has such high reviews, but they was not our experience. I am even more frustrated that I can’t seem to access support from Hotels.com regarding our stay

I stayed here for four nights with my dog the beginning of February 2024 and the facilities are in great shape, friendly staff and parking was available by my room. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't take advantage of the pool nor gym. The gym was being used by Silver Gloves boxers and I was there to support a family member so I let them workout and I took my dog to Blue Springs Dog Park.

When we checked into the hotel, they immediately tell you there is a $100 hold for incidentals. Just be prepared for that. It does get released at check out, but could take 5-7 business days. The beds were comfy and clean. Not all of the outlets worked, especially the USB ones so bring charger blocks. My parents had the same problem with their room. After being in the room awhile we quickly learned that the floor was not cleaned well. Our room didn't have carpet and my kids feet and my feet were black! We also tried out the indoor pool and there is no way the heater was working. It was freezing and we were unable to use it longer than 5 mins. The breakfast was good and the attendant working breakfast did a great job keeping everything stocked. It depends on what you are looking for, but overall this hotel is in a good location, good breakfast and soft beds. Just know that some amenities may not work and the floor may not be clean.

I would say that the Housekeeping needs to pay better attention to the shower areas. There was Hair on the wall behind the shower curtain also there was blood on the shower curtain. Also there were a ton of 15-18 year old kids running around and being loud on the 3rd floor and you could smell POT all over the elevator and 3rd floor as well in the evening. The breakfast was amazing so was the bed and pillows. The lady on the evening shift was absolutely the best!

Traveled 8 hours to get a dirty room with bed bugs and they had a nasty fridge with food in it from the past people that stayed. They moved us to another room the other room smelled like weed and a bunch of kids being loud at 3 am what a horrible experience I have pictures to for back up

The room was very nice, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was okay. We were disappointed that the pool was VERY cold which made it unusable for us. My 3 yo child was looking forward to swimming after this long day of travel, but said it was too cold and he didn’t swim bc of that. My wife and I agreed and didn’t want to be in there either. The elevator is pretty small and was making several “popping” sounds when riding in it, like cables were slipping. That was unsettling. We bought some Mac n cheese at the lobby for my child but forgot to get a spoon. My wife went downstairs to ask for a spoon and the employee had her fish a spoon out of a black trash bag that was filled with silverware. Can’t imagine how many other hands/fingers had reached into that bag…. Not very cleanly or professional. Overall, we had a good nights sleep but a little disappointed in the other issues stated above.
