Vīb Best Western Springfield

I took one star off because the room was small. It is clean, quiet, in a decent location and the staff was pleasant Facilities take care of and I slept like a baby. I heard no noise during my stay and the lobby was unique and pleasant. Will stay again here but will get a bigger room.

Traditionally this hotel is great to stay at and I have stayed there probably more than 15 times. I arrived late as I have done before and even though the room was paid in full for the previous night the front desk lady only argued with me about checking in. We (myself and my two kids) sat there while she keep telling us her opinions of what we should do, when we should check out. I stated to her that we have been there many times and know the protocol and still she kept forcing her opinions on my family. At 430 am we finally got into our room and somewhere shortly after 5am once the kids we asleep she came knocking at our door waking everyone up as she keep my ID being that I forgot to grab it being that she was extremely difficult to deal with going check in. An email was sent to the manager and after 4 days there has still been no response.

The hotel has a different modern vibe, which means they try a lot of different things, some which work and some which don't. The blinds in our room let too much light in the room at night. The front door is difficult to navigate for normal people carrying luggage and certainly more difficult for handicapped. I'd be surprised if the game consoles for one specific game that you need an account for ever get used. But the lunch and dinner options on premise are nice, as is the live music at times. The showers in the center of the room are odd and may be uncomfortable for a parent traveling with a teenage child, but maybe that is just our room.

Was super clean. Everyone working there was just awesome made you feel like family. Highly recommend.

I love this hotel! We stayed here last year too. If your ever in Springfield Mo I highly recommend staying here! It right in middle of everything: food, shopping, entertainment etc. very clean and just so cute and modern has a bar & cafe downstairs…. Also they have computer for video gaming if you have kiddos!!

Got my kids this room on the way from Ohio. They loved it. Said it didn’t even feel like a hotel when they got their. Very young and hip vibe. Perfect for them.

The bathrooms are super unique but overall the experience was great! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

It is ok for a short stay, but multiple nights or extended stays is a no-go for families. Three people was almost too much for the cramped room. Clean and new but the surroundings are not the best. We witnessed a high speed chase our first night, complete with search helicopter spotlighting roadways.

Clean and great design. However, you hear everything in the rooms around you…. We heard full conversations the family above us had. The street noise all night was also an issue. Great place to rest but don’t plan on sleeping.
