Greenstay Hotel & Suites

For the price the property is great. If you’re expecting a fancy hotel this isn’t that. However if your just swimming, enjoying your family trips, and or relaxing for the night this is perfect and right off Hwy 65

Will definitely be staying here again when I visit Spfd, Mo. we love that they are so let friendly as we travel with our fur babies all the time!!

My stay was awesome it had clean beds and a clean bathroom and it was kid friendly everyone was nice the staff were nice and the area felt safe and they also had really good breakfast they served warm breakfast and if you didn’t like one thing then there was something else to eat but the stay was good it was a good stay and I suggest this place for travelers.

Staff was pleasant at check in and despite lots of kids in the hotel our room was pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was also better than expected with biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage freshly available and monitored by dedicated, polite staff.

Expedia listed this room as able to sleep four. The room actually sleeps two. My kids are sleeping on the floor. The lady at the desk was as nice as she could be about this mess. This is not the fault of the hotel; this is all on Expedia

The staff here were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was next to rm with very young loud children and we were exhausted from long daily of travel so staff switched us to rm that was more isolated and quiet. They were great!

Hotel is an average place to stay, has a weight room, outdoor seasonal pool, out door cooking grill, small breakfast buffet (eggs, link sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, milk, coffee with French vanilla or original creamers, fruit, toast, packaged oatmeal, peanut butter. No waffles or pancakes. Small seating area for breakfast guests. Some sealing tiles had water marks, second level the little light covers were falling off in some top door ways. Only one elevator in lobby off the side so hard to see. The stairs we thought was sonly fire exit, however you can walk them. But the exit smelled like cigarette smoke. On HWY side. Bathrooms looked like dirt and grime has been pushed in the grout line and left. Walls were a little thin could here kids in next room until 1130, then adults laughing and carrying on. Hot water worked excellent, shampoo, facial wipes, bar soap, lotion. Is in the Bathrooms for use. The Beds, um i could sleep on forever. Soft but firm. Carpet Floors were clean, and so was mini fridge. No ordor when you entered, and all rooms are non smoking. Which is a plus since have high allergies. Our room had a vanity to apply make up (lighted mirror) and came with a blow dryer. Plenty of drawer for a longer stay and a decent little closet.

The good: The bathroom counter space was huge and useful. The Bad: Windows and walls did nothing to dampen noise from pool screaming and very loud children in the adjacent room.

The place was right off the highway, and the convenient for us. It was nice and quiet, and the staff was very nice. We slept until the end of breakfast. That was a big accomplishment for my kids. They were cleaning up breakfast when we ventured out and we were able to get some items. The breakfast looked like it held really good items, not just toast and a banana.

The hotel was very nice until the hours between 9-11pm. I was hearing kids running up & down the hallway past my door then they started knocking on doors and running away. I eventually called down to the front desk to report the issue. Maybe after the 3rd or 4th knock on my door they finally stopped.
