Amazing experience! Super friendly staff- hard to find especially when you’re traveling with kids. Clean and safe facilities. Definitely would stay again.

This is a nice, cozy little stay that is close to the Wonders of Wildlife Museum and Aquarium. The kids loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was nice. Love the later check-out time as well!

I suppose, being a BPS property, I was expecting a little more. Its fine, and likely a good fit for young families, but it was a little disappointing for business travel. It was like a themed Holiday Inn Express.

First off, I want to say my son and husband said the stay was fantastic!! The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The hotel was clean with staff working hard throughout the weekend to maintain its cleanliness. Hallways were quiet, and even with a lot of children in the pool, the lobby was quiet. Fresh fruit water was available in the lobby daily. The breakfast was good offereing multiple options. My only complaint was the musty smell in our room. It was communicated to me that none of the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were operable. I also want to add this hotel is cozy. The lobby area is small, as well as the rooms. Overall are experience was good. My husband and son would definitely return, I myself would probably choose another hotel.

The place is immaculate, and the staff was amazing. The place could join the 21st century, and i was disappointed with the hottub. I was told it was amazing, not a kidsy pool.

My only complaint was there was another guest with a dog that barked very loud all hours of the early early morning. It kept my child and myself up and was not able to get a good nights sleep

Staff was friendly, facility was clean and organized. The family really enjoyed the complementary snacks. Bass Pro Shop right across the street.

The pool area was consumed with children until after 9 PM (the pool closes at 10) and was unavailable for people to use. Their parents were sitting at the tables, only children in the pool and hot tub. Maybe consider changing the time for Adults (18 ) after 8PM or something

Safe quiet area with a family focus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary Breakfast was phenomenal!!!
