Booked when we were delayed on a trip to visit family. We were able to book late and was greeted by a nice attendant. Had a good breakfast the next morning before resuming our trip. Will stay here again in the future.

Firstly, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our disappointing experience. Their positive attitude was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant experience. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite reserving four rooms with double queen beds each to accommodate our group, we were informed upon arrival that there had been an overbooking issue. As a result, there were only three rooms available, and to our disappointment, one of those rooms only had a single bed. This was not an ideal situation, considering there were two adults and two children in that particular party. Nonetheless, exhausted from a twelve-hour road trip, we reluctantly accepted this option. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when we entered one of the rooms, only to discover that it was infested with bed bugs. Obviously, this was an alarming and unacceptable condition that immediately prompted us to take action. Concerned about our well-being we made the difficult decision to load up our belongings and drive an additional thirty-five minutes to the next town, where we found alternative accommodations. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to highlight the issues we encountered during our stay. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, it is crucial to address the overbooking problem and ensure the cleanliness of the rooms.

I will start off with the good. The staff is always friendly. At breakfast the food is always hot and fresh and if food is almost gone its always repleced quickly. It is always quiet and pretty clean when I visit.I have stayed at this location a few times before so I was surprised about the condition of the room. I normally check in and go to room to make sure everything is ok. I was late for my family's Christmas party so I checked in and left. I returned to the room well after midnight and was too tired to complain. I took photos and showed them to management the next morning. There was pink confetti all over the floor. The faucets were covered in a white film. There was a water stain on bathroom wall. The bathroom floor was dirty and the heater was covered with something sticky almost as if someone opened a drink and it splashed everywhere. Management was very professional and they handled the situation. I will return for another stay. I am just hoping this was a one time occurrence.

The room was rather cramped; seemed smaller than others I’ve stayed in. The beds also seemed rather small to be queens. Shower pressure was lacking. The complimentary breakfast was an impressive spread, and the coffee was delicious! Our room door stuck. So if you didn’t make sure it was closed it was likely still open, which I felt could be safety hazard. The pool was SMALL but perfect size for my two youngsters. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we checked in we were given a room that was out of order. We came back to the main desk and explained that there was a lady in there fixing the door and said we needed to get a different room. Then we were told there were no more rooms that were handicap accessible. We did not book a handicap room. We booked a non-smoking room. We were told then that there we no more king non-smoking rooms. When I told the man that I had booked a week ago he managed to find a room for us. There were also some people in the room above us that had running children. We heard them running for hours as we tried to fall asleep. The bed was kind of hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.
