Holiday Inn Gulfport Airport, an IHG Hotel

My family felt very safe in this hotel. The staff awas great and our room was very clean.

my family’s flight got canceled so we had to make impromptu plans and ended up staying here for the night. the hotel was very clean, had a corner store, and the people were very nice. the beds were comfy, they have whole bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of those small generic hotel ones you get normally. their travel size toiletries were free and good brands too - old spice, bath and body works, dove. i would definitely use this hotel again.

Clean, convenient, great customer service, rooms spacious. Pool and gym...CLEAN and relaxing...nice family atmosphere .The only thing was the elevators needs some work.

We were looking for something close for our kids to enjoy an indoor pool and hot tub for New Year’s. We found this one only an hour away last minute. Didn’t do much but got the most out of this one night stay. Kids got to enjoy the pool that was warm enough for them to enjoy from checkin til about 6pm. Went to Applebees 3-4 minutes down the road for dinner. The people were very nice in the area. Didn’t know they offered dinner where kids eat free at the hotel til too late. Ended the night driving the beach where people were popping their own fireworks. Next morning we were able to get breakfast that was made to order and also prepaid for. The breakfast was ok, enough to fill the kids before we headed back home. Room was very clean and comfortable. Area was good no sketchiness. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back to unwind and maybe enjoy the bar next time. Also didn’t pay attention to the bar time, which is 4-10pm like dinner. Overall this was a great place to get away and relax.

The evening hotel staff, the ones who do all the work, were AMAZING. The daytime staff refused to help my husband who just had major surgery with using an empty freezer for ice packs, nighttime no issue, daytime with nothing to do but refuse to help a person in need. Also, they purposely raised freezer temp when we used it again at insistence of nighttime staff, making the ice packs useless the next morning. We traveled hundreds of miles to see our son who is based nearby in Air Force and this was the "excellent" service we got from Holiday Inn. All hat aside, the hot tub is iffy. Breakfast is expensive, but filling. There is a Waffle House that you can walk to in parking lot, if want to do that, open 24 hours, of course. Nancy in the dining room is an amazing woman and if you do eat there and get to see her, it is worth it!! Also, if you add breakfast to your stay be sure to put in the exact number of people, because even if they are a child they are considered an adult if over like 10.

Loved this property! My family and I will be back! Front desk staff needs more customer service training, I will say that! Otherwise everything else was great!

I come to this hotel about 3 times a year and the least. My family and I would love to come to shop and relax in the 24 hour pool. Unfortunately the pool closes at 10 pm now.this was our main reason for book in g this hotel because of the indoor 24 hour pool. I love it here but this will probably be our last stay. Other than that the hotel is great and the staff is very nice. The bar food is wonderful also.

Clean room! Comfortable bed! Definitely recommend to friends and family

Almost everything good until i tried to get breakfast. I read the sign in front of the restaurant and i knew the price and i went to check what they have. And the lady void my way saying it is $10 and i told her i just want to check what they have and she was sooo rude. But she was really nice with the next family and i dont know why she was soo mean wirh me and my babygirl

The staff was so nice especially Stephanie at the front desk. My children and grandchild was so happy and enjoyed the entire stay by swimming, and the breakfast was sooooo delicious. I will stay there again!!!
