On the second floor, where my family and I slept for one night, was dirty, floors and walls in the halls were dirty, my room 207 had mildew in the tub, dirty hand print from the previous person's stay. and dirty soap on the shower curtains. The bed and the towels were the only things that looked clean. The person at the front desk was nice. But this Hotel needs a renovation badly. The pictures online is a misrepresentation of what the hotel actually looks. So I was not given the right impression of the hotel. My family and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very incovenient to get to. The A/C filter was filthy. There was rust on bathroom fixtures and mold around the bathtub. There is water damage on the bathroom ceiling. There were also a few spots on walls that were damaged and poorly patched. Positives: beds were comfortable and it was quiet even with baseball tournament families staying there.

Room was poorly cleaned.. I was to tired to make a fuss about it.. the floor was grimy and furniture in poor condition.. the furniture was wiped at.not cleaned . the mirror and microwave where covered in kids greasy hand prints.. used coffee grounds on the wall next to garage can.. used condom wrapped in the corner.. pillow with stains. Had to use Lysol on the bedding to even feel remotely comfortable. Mildew around the shower..facility used an insane around of fabreeze, I assume to cover up smells.. front desk was friendly and lobby was clean and welcoming and check in was easy.. the grounds outside were well maintained and the location was convenient. But the room it self was less than desirable!

Me and my family came down to visit for the weekend and as soon as we walked in the door to check-in , we were greeted immediately! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, informative, and made us feel very welcomed . After conversation we learned their names and found some fun activities to do while in town .. thank you so much Ms.Sherron Huddleston & Kiera Buckley! You ladies are a blessing and keep being great for this hotel !

I didn’t like that when reserving the room on the website it said that the room was newly renovated. It was lipstick on a pig is what it was!!
The room (312) I was put in was so poorly renovated.
The shower was dirty, the ceiling had what looked like old water damage that was poorly patched with mold and new water damage, coffee maker had an old coffee pod in it. Looking behind the nightstands and the head of the mattress, there was dust, food and paper. All the handles on everything in the room were rusted. My first thought was they bought old furniture from another hotel to put in the rooms. My family members were giving a room that the bathroom had dirty wash clothes in the tub and used soap from the previous occupants, so it was never cleaned!!! They did move them to another room, which by morning bedbugs were discovered. I could have went to a motel down the road, paid way less for that kind of room!!!
The employees at the front desk that night and day were so nice and so apologetic. They are the only thing that was pleasant about this place!!!

Loved my experience here. The hotel is in the center of everything. Nice restaurants, Walmart, fun for the kids etc. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. This will definitely be where I stay whenever I'm in the area

I had never stayed in a Sleep Inn before so I was leery. However, me and my family were really impressed with it. Their free breakfast was very good - best sausage patties and eggs from a hotel free breakfast we had ever had. The place was clean, comfortable and a good amount of gas stations and restaurants around. There was some construction going on which made it a little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, but that is not on them. We will definitely stay in a Sleep Inn again and if we are in Gulf Port again, we will stay at this one.
