We stayed 6/1-6/3,Clean room great staff Breakfast had plenty of options it was hot and fresh food every morning, The dining area was clean and Kitchen lady was staying busy cleaning off tables and making sure food was staying stocked. I guess if someone wanted to know my family of six only complaint it would be that the air conditioner was working so hard that it leaked on carpet by the closet

The room was disgusting and filthy. There was grease and handprints on the headboard. Dirty, wet towel on the floor in bathroom. Mold in bathroom, I have asthma and could not breathe. Filth on the walls and carpets. Food left in the refrigerator. Horrible room and the manager would not refund my money. My family and I left and stayed elsewhere.

There is some road work being done but it did not effect the cleaniess or service and the rooms were quiet. Love the blackout shades The room was large & comfortable. A family with small children would be very comfortable with the sofa sleeper. The king bed sleep great!

Stayed there to night. Everything was good till the last morning when there was like 5 to 6 kids all over the breakfast.drunk up the coffee .is was sad i feel bad for that house hold no home training. Of course they were AA kids. Shame black people .are we to busy to raise our kids. Back to the comfort inn out side of that things was great . I will return to thos location.

Customer service was not exceptional. No one speaks or neither were they accommodating. I checked out of my room at 6:50am. During that time breakfast had not started however, I just asked for a small bowl of cereal for my 2 yr old grand child before we got on the road to head back home and it was like it was a crime for that. No one else was waiting in the lobby so I feel it should have been fine. It was not like I was asking for a whole plate of breakfast. I will not be patronizing here again.

The staff was nice but my linens weren’t clean on the bend the blanket was torn and the tub wasn’t clean ,the indoor pool is the only reason I booked just to find out it was so small 6 people could comfortably be in a n swim my kids were heart broken and disappointed because the y counts swim and I checked out a day early o didn’t enjoy it at all ,I should’ve just went back to the holiday inn

When we arrived at the hotel. Me and my family did check on the room, we noticed a stain (pee, etc) on the sofa bed mattress. We asked for it to get changed, they wouldn't do it claimed that ALL of the sofa bed mattresses looked like that. We asked for a mattress cover, we were told that they didn't have that size. At this point, we were fed up and decided to leave the property. Customer service sucked, i wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy.
