Great place for family to sleep while traveling through.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my family, not only were my rooms not together they were on separate floors. It made it difficult to communicate and organize our traveling schedule. The rooms were really nice and clean. However the clerk at the desk was not helpful when I voiced my concerns. Made me feel like if I didn’t accept the rooms we wouldn’t be allowed to stay. I

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and have been extremely pleased on both occasions. I don’t hear noise from other guests, and sleep like a baby.

Fair value for the price. Morning breakfast was good HATED the "corner walk-in" shower. Get rid of that or at least put in a solid enclosure. Could not keep the flimsy curtain within the confines of the base - water everywhere on bath room floor. I was sleeping soundly at 4:30 am on checkout day when phone rang with text message "how was your stay - please rate". You must be "freaking kidding" me -- 4:30 in the morning !!!

I do not believe the majority of these positive reviews. My family and I walked in to a dim lit hotel lobby with a housekeeping cart in the middle of the floor. I was not asked for my ID or any other information besides my name and given a room key for the second floor. The smell of mildew was so strong when the elevator doors opened on the second floor. When we got to the room there was mold on all soft furnishings including the bed skirt and curtains. It smelled terrible. Even the laminate on the piece of wood furniture was gross. We walked right back down to lobby and checked out. The attendant at the front desk said that she was unaware of the issue and apologized. There was not another room available for us and she said that I would be refunded. I have not been refunded and I can’t reach management at this time.

Room was clean. Shower was hot. A/C was cold. Bed was comfortable. I normally hear other guests moving about in other hotels, but not here. I slept like a baby.

I stopped at midnight because my kids were tired, they charged me an extra $40 for my children. They tried putting me in a double room when I booked a suite for more room, I refused so they charged me extra. I requested a rollaway bed but the lady didn't seem to think we needed it and tried telling me there was no room for it in my room so I had to put two of the couch cushions together for my son to sleep on. At departure there was no luggage cart so I had to make 3 trips to the 2nd floor for our belongings. There was limited room in the breakfast area, the front desk lady was outside smoking when I was needing to check out but took her time and didn't even wash her hands before trying to assist me then she didn't know how to get me a receipt and was going to call someone before I said forget it and walked away.
