Oasis Resort Gulfport

Our stay was overall great. The water park has some age to it but was fun for the kids. The food available was also good. The service among the water park, hotel staff, and service groups was amazing. Everybody was nice and there to meet every need. Our issues were with the room. When we arrived in the evening, we turned the AC down from 76 to 68. After hours, the temperature in the room had not dropped. We reported this to the front desk and maintenance came to reset the unit at 10 pm. The room was miserable all night as it only cooled to 73. The following morning we were offered to change rooms. We had a lot of items so we were hesitant. Throughout the day the temperature rose back to 76. While at the pool, we discussed this issue with several others. ALL of them were having the same issue with their rooms not cooling as well. On a previous visit, we had the same issue also. We elected not to change rooms and requested a fan which we were given. Again the room stayed around 75 all night long making it miserable to try to sleep. Not being able to sleep both nights caused issues with the vacation. Again, all people and services were amazing. The room was a huge issue.

Our stay here was amazing. Room was nice and clean. The room stayed cold the entire time which is very important to me. I suggest bringing your own pillow because the ones they have a very small. Our room also came with a fan so that was great. The lazy river is the best thing on the property! It was just me and my wife and we had a grand time. Swim or float up to the bar and get you a drink then continue to float with your drink! We don’t have kids but the kids there looked to be having an amazing time. Pool food was also really good!

We love staying here! Perfect for a family w children. Everyone has always been super nice & helpful!

My family took a short 3 day trip to the coast and stayed here. We were able to have access to the waterpark the day of check in beginning at 12 p.m. and then we could check in to our room beginning at 4 p.m. The whole property was so clean, well maintained, and very family oriented. We stayed in the Oasis and it had a WONDERFUL smell! I wish I could duplicate the smell in my home. The waterpark was very clean and had so much to offer for the kids to stay entertained. The swimming pool has a swim-up bar that kept the adults entertained as well! I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice family place

This was an amazing place to vacation. You never really have to leave the resort at all. You can order food at the resort pool and there’s popsicles, juices, soft drinks, and alcohol for the adults! There’s even an arcade! One of the most memorable sights was the beautifully colored lit up waterfall bouncing to the beat of the music at night!!!! And walking to the beach and walking in the sand while listening to the waves rolling in! It was a wonderful getaway with my 3 kids. I will be booking again!!!

The rooms were humid and there always seemed to be a shortage of towels. The bathrooms are so small you could barely close the door if you were sitting on the toilet. The water park was great and the kids loved it!
