The staff was out of this world, they went above and beyond to make sure my kids were happy. We're coming back when we visit Duluth again. :)

even though i was not wearing proper shoes or sox, i took a slid skid from the 6th step on the steps to the main floor of checkin area and broke my right ankle, 3 fractures, due to the slipperyness of the matted down carpet, and the steps being narrow toes hanging over the step each step down, i took slipped 6 steps, paramedics were called, surgery and i am in severe pain and out of work 2 months out. please check w/your managment regarding safe guarding this situation so no one else get injured.

The bed was quite comfortable. The room was nice overall. The ac unit made a horrible noise I’m surprised my family could sleep through. The pillows were tiny lumps of not much. Breakfast was subpar.
