Front desk and breakfast staff went out of their way to help us out and make the trip memorable for my kids. They sought out my son when the cereal delivery came in order ensure he got his favourite cereal, lucky charms even though breakfast was over.

The staff is great and polite. The room very clean. The only thing there was some kids on the upper floor making been loud and slamming the room door.

We booked our stay here particularly for the hot tub, which we only realized wasn't working when we went to use the pool. This was very disappointing. The staff did not inform us of this at the desk, nor was this posted online or else we would have stayed elsewhere. The pool water was also pretty cold. The room also appeared not have been cleaned. There was mildew in the shower curtain, the bathtub was scum stained, there was a sock by one of the beds on the floor and three other bed had a lid with some peanuts. My family and I are not allergic to peanuts, thankfully, however, this could have been dangerous to other guests. I honestly hope the linen on the bed was clean, but we are a bit suspicious. On the bright side, the front desk staff was nice. Our kids liked the experience of making their own waffles, but overall, breakfast was okay. We were expecting more options.

Property was very clean and in good condition (except jets for hot tub weren't working). Friendly staff, good breakfast options - need to improve breakfast seating, more guests than seating and many had to take food back to their rooms to eat. Also, did not like the sliding "barn door style" bathroom door - couldn't lock it and it is a target for young childrrn to want to play with.

Great hotel! Very clean and the front desk was attentive. Our only complaint is we had a room for 6 people. The hotels policy is they clean your room after 4 nights. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not stocked with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper or regular coffee. We had to keep asking for more and our trash cans were overflowing. We will still definitely use this hotel in the future but wish they would see a big family is staying to make sure the room is adequately supplied. For $700 for 2 nights I would have expected the shampoo and conditioner bottles to be filled at least half way. Oh also a lot of drunk adults in the pool area, made it very uncomfortable for a family with children. Especially since they took up the entire space. Not necessarily the hotels fault on that.

We only stayed for one night but had a great experience. Staff were friendly, the room was nice and spacious, hotel was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again next time.

They would not let my wife and children check in with the expedia reservation. She had the email, the credit card, her id, etc. She was forced to book another room and dispute the cancellation charge.

The room had so much space! All seven of us (husband, myself, five kids) stayed in the room without feeling cramped. Amenities in the room were nice and it felt very clean. We didn’t use the pool or the breakfast so I cannot speak to either of those things.
