Great for a family trip, had a lot of fun and all the amenities are great. We had a baby and a toddler and it was perfect! Loved the included breakfast, too.

It is an average hotel but the beds were great. It was overrun with families with kids, and the pool was small with way too many people in it ( same for the hot tub). The cost was almost $1,000 for 2 nights—way too expensive for just an average hotel, and way above what your website posted as the cost. We won’t book with Hotels.com again.

The hotel was super clean, helpful and friendly staff!! A beautiful place to stay for a family. The breakfast buffet has so many options for all. Close to so many great restaurants and shops. Duluth is a short car ride to some of Minnesota's best State Parks!!

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. Walls are paper thin. Parents yelling at kids and girls volleyball team in hallway and room next door. Dont put couples next to that comotion.

The place looks nice, offers very friendly staff and a good breakfast. The downside of this place is that it was very noisy. Our room was near the stairs and the elevator was down so the door slamming all night kept us up. The walls are paper thin I could hear conversations and sneezes from the room next door as if they were in the same room as us. Maybe other rooms are less noisy. This was room 300 so if possible ask to be relocated if you are assigned this room. Also in the morning we had a few prank knocks from kids roaming the halls. We were awake so didn't make a big deal about it.

The hotel is nice and in a great location right on the water. The only issues we had were the loud kids above our room. Jumping and running the halls from 6am until checkout. And the dog that was barking right outside our room. (Dog friendly hotel) these issues are not the hotels fault but just made it hard to sleep inn!

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. The room was nice, bedding was great and the room was cozy. Negatives: Although I am grateful for the fact they accept dogs, there is no way my little girl could possibly cause $75 worth of damage. The flat fee for all dogs is excessive. I won't bring her there again. Get breakfast as early as possible. We got there at 9am and they were out of the hot items. Also they did not refrigerate the cream cheese and it was chunky in some areas and liquid in others. Last negative was big for us: we could hear everything in the room above us. For the price I expected to sleep well here but it was worse than the cheapest hotel on our trip. We could not sleep because the person or people staying above us were pacing around making the floor squeak and clunk all night. Just weird but it also tells me there is inadequate buffer between the floors. In all I would stay again but I won't bring my dog and pay $75 nor will I ever stay on the first floor, which we did because my youngest child had a knee injury and could not do stairs.
