This hotel provided us down time from a week-long hospital stay for a family member. The beds were very comfy, the rooms was clean and very quiet. Most impressive was the friendly staff who always assured us "we're here for you" and met our little requests with excellent customer service.

Spa aka hot tub was closed I have been to this hotel before every time its closed they may close it for the weekend or the fact they had a kids hockey tournament staying that weekend .. it was the entire reason I booked at this hotel

Very clean and comfortable rooms. However, pool was cold and hot tub was not working. Unfortunately, some parents let their kids down the hallways for about an hour around 1100 pm with no regard for other hotel guests.
