The front desk staff was super friendly! They helped get our rooms close to other family members which was extremely appreciative!

It’s always a good place to stay when the kids play Hockey at the ice arena in Troy, mi.

Not happy with my stay here, but not entirely because of the property. 1st - I was in the middle of business travels between states and chose this location because they said it had "onsite laundry"; well upon checking in I was told it had been out-of-order for a "couple weeks". Frustrating. 2nd - there was a youth baseball team staying at the property and management allowed the children run up and down the hallways slamming doors, throwing baseballs and yelling until 11pm. I put this mainly on the parents as one morning during breakfast let her dog off leash to throw it the ball down the hallway. What is wrong with people? I complained to the very young front desk gentleman and he seemed a bit overwhelmed by the chaos. Needless to say it went on until the noisely left in the morning. 3rd - the breakfast was picked-over and undercooked. There was a line for everything so I just skipped it.

We had to change rooms because the sheets were used in our room. No black tea at breakfast (but otherwise breakfast was good.) Staff not overly friendly. There was a huge group of kids from a hockey team and the were super loud. No one told them to quiet down. They absolutely took over all of the public spaces at the hotel.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms are very small for my liking when I have my kids. It was clean for us, however our friends’ room had ants. Also the pool was freezing cold and that’s never fun for the adults. Kids didn’t care though.

This is our second time. I absolutely love this location. Very clean. Very friendly. I even got to see the same people that were there working last time. The pool table area is open 24/7. The kids stay there JUST for that. Omg and the breakfast is always hot and so delicious.

This hotel is a mixed bag: It's super cute and kitschy, staff were trying hard to keep it clean with lots of boot traffic in the winter, good continental breakfast, but they are trying so hard for everything to be "cool" that their very cool-looking pancake maker didn't work. This is a very good metaphor for the entire experience. Evening desk staff were great and informed, but one of the morning staff seemed to know nothing and sat on her phone. Also, one of the morning desk staff went missing at check-out time, leaving a line of people. The rooms were the same, super cute looking with bright fun colors, but no storage. Great walk-in showers make it easy for aging parents, but the water runs out of the glass doors making for wet bathroom floors. Not having microwaves in the rooms these days seems silly. Rooms are great for young couples on the go, business travelers (traveling light), and maybe if you have one child, but not good for larger families (no place for stuff). With just two of us and one teen, it was tough; especially in the winter with coats and boots.

I think for a Hilton hotel it was OK I didn't find anything exceptionally great about the hotel they had bed spread on the bed as a blanket the heater didn't work half the time they had kids yelling in the hallway on the 5th floor it was just not what I expect from a Hilton hotel yeah All it was was a mattress for the bed piece of foam or whatever it was no Box spraying nothing like that uh the frigerator made noise all night long overall I think my stay I would rate from 1 to 10 about a good 5 and a 1/2 breakfast was scarce pancakes and few items that was about it Last time I'll stay there though

It's always clean. Bed is great. Staff is wonderful with check in. This is always our go to hotel ( stayed 6 times) when we are in town for the Detroit Redwings games or family gatherings.

Hotel is new, clean and location is great. Room is nice, however, there is no microwave or coffee maker in the room, which is very inconvenient, specailly for families. You have to go down to lobby every time you have to use microwave or have coffee.
