Great staff, very clean, well-stocked amenities, and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. My kids loved the pool! The gym was a bit small but has the essentials. Overall very nice property at a great price!

Hotel was nice. Clean and safe. Issues: 1) pool was freezing cold 2) hot tub was amazing but so much chlorine the air burned your eyes 3) Birthday party rented the room above us. Kids jumping on bed and running all over until 3am. Security went up there 4 times. 4) one birthday party, 8 kids plus 4 parents in one room. Basically kicked us all of the pool. Kid out of control. 5) no pool towels ever Good: 1) Staff 2) decent breakfast 3) Hot tub was so nice 4). Hotel very clean

At 1am a party shuttle pulled up and was wooping, hollering, laughing for an hour. It was awful. I did call the front desk and she seemed to be helpful as the noise got less loud after I spoke with her. I had 3 children in the room with me and they were all disrupted by it.
