Clean and comfortable. For the most part it was quiet except for the room above us which obviously had children.. There was a lot of running back and forth.. .

Great stay with family, very near the freeway, Meijers Grocery Store & other fast food store. With clean rooms & facilities, courteous staff at the lobby & excellent free breakfast

We booked a Friday night so our kids could go swimming. It's the only place in town that sleeps 6, so we always book at Home2 Suites. The pool is always operating and clean, the free breakfast is top notch and the customer service is terrific. We love having a kitchen and a couch that converts to a bed. The room smelled great and was super clean. We especially love that it's pet-friendly, the fluffy towels, and comfy beds/pillows, too.

Everyone was very nice. Rooms are beautiful n nice very much room I the rooms. But for breakfast should be able to take up in rooms even if u have lil kids it's hard to feed everyone.... But there then that all was well b

We were in Jackson for a family funeral and had a decent stay. We enjoyed the convenience to our family, the heated indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and WiFi was strong. My only complaint would be that the floors and walls are very thin. You could hear the footsteps of someone walking on the carpeted hallway floors when in the hallways and you can hear the conversation of guests staying in nearby rooms when in your room or walking by. If you are a light sleeper just pack ear plugs or a noise machine.

Pros Guest check-in with Trina was pleasant and you could sleep-in and still get breakfast served til 10am. Cons Thin floor structure; Typical children running in hallways and above floors throughout night.

Home 2 has great customer service. hotel was over booked but the manager when out of her way to make sure my family had a place to stay. She made agreements with the holiday Inn right next door and they took care of us. Both hotels were so nice. Hotels.com will definitely not get my business again. They were not helpful at all. Didn’t even contact me till a few hours before the check in time via email to let me know that I didn’t have somewhere to stay.

I have stayed here many times. My husband and I love staying here ; however, this time is the first and only time that it was noisy on our floor. Lots of kids running up and down the halls and overall just very noisy and not relaxing. We will stay here again as management is very courteous and does take care of you. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable.
