My check-in was not showing as paid by Experian as my bank statement proved, and I had to prove both check-in and check-out my iPhone bank statements to the staff. I almost didn’t get my room for 45 minutes. I had to prove WITH my bank statement that I paid. I feel my bank statement and my personal information is not safe and secure since I had to show two people who took photo copies and pictures of it off my phone. My bank account debit card was declined because the funds had already been taken out AND I paid an additional amount for insurance which didn’t get applied to this payment to avoid such a problem. I feel I need my bank AND ME to be reimbursed immediately for this inconvenience and humiliation in front of family and a room full of customers. I paid for two nights at a facility in a town where my 96 yr old mother lives, my family was staying to visit my mother who is on hospice and where we were having an interment for my deceased aunt(her sister). Such an inconvenience and disappointment.

They let pets and i had a dog running all night in the room above me also kids running in halls being loud late night i paid money to relax never will book again

My wife left a valuable necklace by mistake on the night stand and we called shortly after we left to have a staff member look for it. Originally they said nothing was found so my wife drove back over and looked and the room was cleared. My wife told them it was a family valuable that was unreplaceable and we were going to file a police report. Shortly after we got a call and said it was found but we would have to come back the next day because it wasn't there and locked up in a safe no one could access. Next day we go to pick it up and necklace was in an envelope at the desk waiting for us not locked up and they profoundly stated the house keeper would never take anything but funny how we couldn't get it same day and how it was not secure when we arrived to pick it up. Totally shady.

After a one night family stay, I would not return. Room had been smoked in and smelled like an ash tray. Front desk provided no solution or empathy, this was clearly our problem. Not the hotels.

We stayed just one night at this hotel to attend a funeral in Jacksoh. I had origianaly booked a room with a bed and a couch, when more family members decided night before to come I called the hotel to switch to a room with 2 beds and according to the hotel detail here on expedia it showed the availabity of a getting a rolll away. When I got there and asked for one they said they didnt have one and cant because of fire codes, the rooms are too narrow. Lucky the kids are really young so they shared a bed with adult. The room did not have a microwave or refidge listed on expedia show of ammenties also. It was explained by the manager that third party reservation sitslike have a generic template they use so it may not apply to all rooms at the location. It was advised by the manager to call directly to the location and verify what is in the room. It worked out ok for one night, the breakfast area was really nice and the attendant did a great job cleaning and stocking it. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and set back from Hwy so didnt hear much road noice. I would stay there again but call to confirm the room has what I need.

Spent New Year’s Eve to avoid driving home. Unfortunately someone decided to leave kids unattended making loys of noise late at night. The hotel staff dud contact the parents and it was taken care of.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean and people were friendly. The one negative thought was a big one. Somehow during the first night they gave my room to someone else too and they and their kids tried to come walking in. Luckily, I had the latch on. I had my German Shepherd with me for a dog show and thankfully she is very friendly or could have caused a bad situation. It was very upsetting to me and to the man and kids who tried to come in. Obviously just a human mistake at the desk but should never happen.

We were visiting from Arkansas and our stay was amazing... the pool was my kids fav part and breakfast was amazing

The bedding was dirty and had brown stuff all over it. The elevator wasn’t working so I had to go up three flights of stairs with all of our luggage and had to leave my kids in the hotel room alone (6 years old and 10 months) because I couldn’t get all of our stuff plus carry my baby, etc. No one offered to help. The breakfast was cold and disgusting.

The room, hotel, and service was definitely sufficient for an overnight stay with my husband and baby well I had a quick work event. My only concerns were a black colored spot in our bathroom ceiling which either was just old or was black mold. I didn't want to get close enough to find out. The other slight issue was the floor of the pool looked old and or dirty. While you can tell that water was kept clean, you weren't sure exactly what you were walking on while you were in it. I didn't feel comfortable putting my baby in the water but I swam for a few moments and have had no issues since. Aside from that our stay was enjoyable and the woods surrounding the back of the hotel was very very relaxing at night and beautiful in the day.
