Check-in was super easy and quick - thank you Liz. Happy our room was at the end of the hall as I was traveling with 3 rambunctious kids. Room was clean and the sheets, pillows and bed were super soft! We loved the warm pool and the kiddie pool was a bonus. Breakfast was great…I would definitely stay again

Rooms were great. The "heated" pool which was the whole reason for booking was freezing and the ceramic tile around the pool was dangerously slippery when simply walking. Made the stay a total bummer for the kids

We were visiting family in Jackson and heard this was the newest, most recently built hotel. We were not disappointed! The beds were so comfortable, perfect pillows, black out curtains, very very quiet, didn’t hear a sound from another room. The service was excellent. The bar, the food, the wait staff were great. To top things off, it was literally 2 minute from meijers for anything conveniently forgotten. I would absolutely stay here again.

I had small children wanting to watch t.v we wanted to do something special bc we never get out the house. We live with my father and no t.v We went there to have a good time watch movies and ball drop and we couldn't do that bc t.v in the rooms was down !! I called several times n was told t.v would be on by 4 n wasn't!!! We was very mad n nothing about it was done I had 2 rooms there. Don't think we'll be back. No money off or anything!

Traveling with family. My expectations for a hotel at this price point: Clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower (and, of course, excellent service). My experience: Positive: Excellent service, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet with dark blinds for good sleeping. Neutral: Water pressure in the shower was very weak.
