One night in a place we had never been. We just wanted a comfy bed with a pool and breakfast, we got both. There were many kiddo sports teams in town but they were in bed on time and well behaved. Staff was great and refilled towels at pool when asked. Breakfast well stocked, again, tons of kids. Staff did great.

We were locked out of our room briefly. The staff however did not communicate and were not available for most of the stay. A large group of baseball kids and parents were staying at hotel. These children were unsupervised in pool area and all of hotel. Staff did not intervene. kids were running up and down halls knocking on doors and running it was like a zoo. I have never experienced a stay at a hotel where the staff was basically non-existent.

The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was hot and kid friendly. The pool was warm, and had an arcade/game room in it too which was super neat. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will stay there again.

We booked this stay to have a little family celebration. We do this every year (at a different location). We choose this location as it was closer to everyone BIG mistake. We had 4 rooms booked (that would be 16 guest) we had an addition 8 people in the lobby with us having some food, when all of a sudden the GM came over & kicked everyone out that did not have a room. She was very rude & impolite. Needless to say we will be going back to our original hotel that we have been going to for the last 20+ years. Grandville is a bit too stuffy for us!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Our only comment would be the lack of a sign at your driveway entrance. We were out every evening with family and found it difficult to see the entrance in the dark.

Fantastic new, clean hotel! Has a beautiful pool and great rooms. Accommodated our family of 4 very well. My only complaint is breakfast - the attendant was not very attentive. The area went without spoons for approximately 20 minutes and then when the forks were out, I had to track him down to ask him to refill. He also never turned the pancake machine on which was disappointing.

We booked 5 rooms for a family vacation, only had 1 glitch with a room that was overbooked for the 5 rooms poolside I had requested, but the girl checking us in got it taken care of. This is a very clean hotel, the staff are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was clean and the breakfast food was excellent. We will definitely book with this hotel again if we are in the area.
