Our room had a cannabis vape pen in it when we checked in, sitting on a desk shelf. Any of our kids easily could have gotten ahold of it. Additionally, there were dirty used balled-up pairs of children's pajamas and underwear in the dresser drawers, and the bathroom vanity had two used kids' toothbrushes, two adults toothbrushes, and their personal toothpastes. Clearly we were not given a clean room to stay in.

The room was very nice. The kitchen area was *chef kiss*. Lots of room for my family to stretch out. Would visit this location again.

We have stayed at numerous hotels in and around the Byron Center area because we have kids and grandkids here. This was by far the best experience we’ve had and will be coming back. Super clean, comfortable and friendly.

Our stay was great! Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The children enjoyed themselves in the pool, and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was great. Room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was refreshing and the kids loved swimming.

We had 2 queens and they gave us a 1 king. When asked why they said it’s first come first serve for third party reservations. It was also packed with kids, who were loud way past quiet time.

I was impressed with my room, there were dishes, cutlery and my husband slept great on the King size bed. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family.

Amazing, I think the hotel is only a few days/weeks old. The 2 Queens plus fold out couch is great for a family of 4

This hotel is nice and clean. However I was traveling with toddlers and there was no rooms with bathtubs. Management tried to accommodate us but told us there are only 4 rooms with tubs. So if you want a tub, make sure to request ahead of time. Nice hotel but not meant for people with small children.

Hotel was new, clean & very nice. The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen and lots of storage. Beds & couch were not very comfortable though. The complementary breakfast & coffee were good, and the kids enjoyed the pool. We would stay again!
