the aprtment is in front of the beach, all rooms have ocean view. The hotel has a decent pool. Tbe beach area is nice and quiet. It is a family friendly hotel.

We stayed in room 228/229 our fridge didn’t get cold in 228, 229 door was falling off. We signed waiver for change of towels and 229 didn’t get anything. Every time we went to pool area a family of 8/9 was dominating pool and hot tub kids jumping in and splashing in hot tub so it wasn’t even enjoyable. Then same family had kids running up and down halls at all hours of day and night. Shower door squeaked and had pink slime and mold on base Staff was helpful and polite

Rooms are not deep cleaned. Front office staff is very strict on not taking breakfast back to your room which is often inconvenient with little ones especially with no high chairs offered.

Good stay. I was disappointed that I arrived at 205PM, in town for a soccer tournament, and they would now allow me to check in 55 minutes early. We are from 2 hours away and had a brief time between games. We didnt get to check in until 7 or so and had to check out before 8 for another game. 55 minutes should not have made thay big of a difference. We also had about 10 families that used this location. Brooke said she was new but she was the best employee that I encountered.

The worse stay I have ever had at a hotel! Upon checkin they sent my family to a room that had not been cleaned and had to try a find a “clean” room. Upon finally getting to a room we found most of the sheets, towels, and pillow cases were stained and dirty. When we went to the pool there was no towels available and when asking the front desk for clean towels or extra towels they said they didn’t have any clean on the premises except the two we had in our room (one of which was stained). Upon checkout the manager said that since I prepaid for the room I couldn’t get a refund, but would be refunded in the amount of reward points. After a month I have went back and forth between corporate and the hotel with no resolution. Ineffective costumer service and inability to provide basic hotel accommodations!!

Fridge was broken in the room, leaking and smelly, they cleaned the fridge but it still smelled and did not work during our stay. It was family weekend and probably very crowded but came down for breakfast at 850 on Saturday and many breakfast items were gone, after waiting about 10 minutes things were replaced. Staff was friendly, no complaints there. The room was adequate, a few stains in places. Shower head was nice.

The lady working the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet, pool area was well maintained. The breakfast was limited hot food options with small variety of cereal and other options. Our hotel room was clean but okay comfort wise, the bathroom door was a barn door that wasn't quite installed correctly and the shower slider door would stick and squeak quite loudly. The sofa bed was quite thin but was for our toddler so worked and the king bed was almost uneven so not great sleep.
