Cool hotel! For $400 a night I expected more and have stayed in other places for less that were nicer but overall I was happy. The bed was amazing and great shower and the restaurant had amazing food. The kids had a lot of fun on the elevators and kids area and the fitness room was really nice.

The Hyatt was great very clean and modern, I also liked the later check out. The only things I didn’t agree with were the early check in fee of $50 when they sent me a message encouraging me to check in early. The parking was $48 to self park in a parking garage with foundation issues rusty doors and cracked floors not family friendly at all. There is a destination fee, not sure what that’s for. But overall a nice place.

Easy to reach as it is right off of the highway. Accommodations were cozy (although bring your own pillow). My favorite part was the accessible features—which worked well with traveling with an infant. Wide hallways and bathroom. Tub was easy to wash the baby, keycard can be programmed to open the automatic door so it’s easy for you to bring the stroller in. Lastly, a large area to house the pack and play. My only complaint was the restaurant staff in the morning. They were rude, lacked accommodations and were overall unprepared for the day. It was a clear departure from the evening crew who were all excellent.

We did an overnight at the Hyatt for a dinner and show in the city. Our room was great, bed was very comfortable and it was quiet despite the fact there were a lot of kids staying when we were there. Parking was pricey but we were in a garage which made me less worried about our car. We had breakfast onsite and the food was excellent, staff was very helpful, overall great experience.

I liked the Hyatt Wine country on my first Tuesdays but this time they have a totally different set of valets and their parking is exorbitant! I’m a 100% disabled veteran recovering from a broken ankle and pneumonia and yet I’m being charged $30 a day for parking That’s pretty absurd. You’d think they would at least give disabled veterans a break or hundred percent disabled veterans a break but they don’t the people except this new crew of parking attendance which apparently are from an agency that they just are clueless but they’re here making a buck for somebody on my prior visits everybody was just excellent and cordial and made me feel like family but not so in this situation. I’m also very frustrated with this Chromecast thing on the TV. I enjoy that perk but haven’t been able to use it because nothing connects correctly.

I was given a different room than the one I paid for (I paid for a king) nobody told me about this at checkin - I realized when I went into my room. It was very late at night so I brought it up with front desk the next day. When checking in no one told me about a “special” charge that was going to happen, which is full of “services” nobody told me about. This is such a rip-off since nobody explained it to me and I only learned about this charge when I asked if there were any charges to my room and voila! There was this special charge almost 70 dollars for stuff I never opted in for or used, among them : 24 hr access to peloton machines, 10% discount Boston children’s museum, long distance and local calls, premium WiFi, 2 bottles of water daily, water refill stations. I was assigned a new room which was in poor conditions - the shower was dirty, the sink wasn’t working (they never fixed it) overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The restaurant's food was good. Very convenient place to sit and have a meal with the family with a great skyline view of Boston.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed. First time in Boston and we hoped hotel staff will make us feel more welcoming. Front desk staff was unwilling to help with transportation questions or maps, although there was a booklet saying they will help with any transportation questions or MBTA maps. The answer they gave us was: "look for an Uber or Lyft , that's the best way". They did not gave any information about the shuttle or told us there was a bus that stops right in the hotel corner. We had to figure everything out by ourselves.
Our room had Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash bottles completely empty the first day we got there . The shower was so small that you will walk out into a puddle.
On the worst experience, was the PAPERBACK RESTAURANT during breakfast. I went there with my family and waiter took our order and forgot to placed my order. When I ask the floor manager she goes towards the computer in the back places my order and then comes back saying the order went out when it wasn't true. I asked for my check they easily have me waiting for a good 10 minutes. When one of the other waiters ( not the one taking care of us) comes with the check shamelessly they charged me for the plate that never came. I tell her and she goes back to fix it and I wait another 10 minutes. When I stand up, a manager comes with a plate that I refused to take after that inconvenience.
Overall terrible service, it's my first and last time staying here.!

The front desk staff we pleasant but I knowledgeable of surrounding area. I booked because Expedia noted it when I searched for hotels near Boston children’s hosptial. Staff had no idea what or where it was. They could not direct me to local restaurants. When describing how to get somewhere they discussed the shuttle option and where it went.. to navigate after that they spoke as if talking to local. Restaurant was limited. The phone had a button called restaurant but no one answered.
When I asked from sales re menu they condescendingly said it was identical to room service menu - as if that was always the case - not necessarily true. The bathroom was large but toilet and tub could have been separate from sink but wasn’t- closet without a door was also in the bathroom- not convenient - this was a room with 2 double beds for 2 people. No gift shop for amenities or snacks. No paper / pen . Overall for a Hyatt was disappointing.
