It was very close to the hospital which was our primary objective for my moms surgery, but otherwise wouldnt stay there again. The rooms were tiny, not in great condition, the windows were super thin so you heard everything going on outside, the beds were not very comfortable in either of the rooms that we booked between our family, which is unfortunate because its so expensive.

This was our first time to visit Boston with our kids. The Inn at Longwood was in the perfect location - there's a T stop within a short walk and a food court connected to the hotel. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
*The only thing I would say is that you can hear sirens at various time but that is understandable because it is right near the hospitals.
Again, totally recommend!

It’s a hotel. It was very convenient for our family member to recuperate after surgery. However, the room is really awful and charging a resort fee with literally zero amenities is wrong.

Extremely convenient location for our family to spend a few days while visiting Boston Children’s Hospital. The staff was great but this hotel is a little outdated and it’s a tight space, especially the bathroom.

Hotel is OK. Bathroom sink so small there isn't much room to set your toothbrush, etc. out. Fine for 1-2 people, but wouldn't work for a family. AC didn't cool our room...it was hot and stuffy all night long. Mattresses needed replaced, woke up both nights with sore back. Plenty of dining options, but their main restaurant isn't open on weekends, and most of the restaurants in the food court either opened too late, or closed too early for us to be able to use them. Walked in late one night and saw a mouse run across the food court floor. Front desk doesn't have any water to provide after the restaurants are closed, and directed me to a "vending" area on the 5th floor that consisted of an ice machine, and an empty corner that appeared to once contain a vending machine, but doesn't currently, so no water after the restaurants close.

We have a NICU baby, weve stood here 4x. I like how convenient/close to the hospitals this hotel is! if only it wasn't super expensive even with a hospital discount (but it is nice they offer that) maid staff were very nice, keep the rooms clean & comfortable. Some front staff like Angel & the other young gentleman are friendly & kind, the females rude & unhelpful. We were charged for someone else's room had to wait 3-5days to get that refunded to our card. Ate at the longwood grill & was charged 30$ for our breakfast then another 73$ for what? They couldn't figure out. Had to wait for that to be refunded to our card. Our last stay our room didn't have hot water after running it for 15min, we called the front they sent maintenance he confirmed & said he'll get us into a new room, we dont hear back so we call again & the girl asks how long did you run it for we said 15min, she really tells us you need to run it for 20min instead, there's nothing we can do for you. For 300$/nt we expect to be able to shower! Then a manager got on the phone & kindly switched our room. But i couldn't believe the 1st person said basically "too bad, run the water longer" after all the extra money charged to our card we had to go without while we wait for it to be returned & then no hot water, they should've done something in return for us. & the free breakfast is for ONE time, doesn't matter if you spent 1,300$ for 4nights you get 1 free lame breakfast for your entire stay.

The staff were very kind, accommodating and friendly (especially to children). It is extremely convenient to take the elevator to the food court area and to have the cvs at the base floor. Walking distance to the childrens hospital, restaurants, shops, and movie theater. If we need to visit the area again we would come here without hesitation.

Was unprepared to pay a resort fee at a hotel that was very basic and offered no amenities. This hotel is mean to be for hospital patients and families.Very disappointed.
