The room was spacious and comfortable (for a family of 4) and the staff was very accommodating with our late check in.

Absolutely love love LOVED this place! Lives up to the Marriott name and has excellent staff! Stayed there when my father was hospitalized, and Samia and Shaon went above and beyond to ensure that the stay was comfortable for my entire family (including 2 y/o). Can't wait to be back for a fun family trip.

The heat system of the room didn’t work. I along with my family, a 4yr old and 6month old had to sleep in cold room first night. Room was changed the second nighy

Check-in was smooth and quick. There is a parking garage which charges $45 a day for hotel guests which isn’t terrible to ensure your vehicle is safe. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were a family of four and did not feel like we were on top of one another. I would stay here again.

There for family trip. Check in amazing , quick. Parking fee way too high for onsite parking with the narrowest spaces ever. Room at first glance pretty clean. Then noticed shades and curtain dirty and had holes. Wallpaper had area of bubbles and we were placed in accessible room (not by request) faucets had rust drip stains and assistive devices made it feel cluttered. Lighting in bathroom also very poor. AC would not work and heat wave was in progress called front desk hours later it kicked in. Overall room was pretty quiet and beds were clean and average.

Our family stayed here for four nights. The staff was always very helpful. The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood with a Trader Joe's and Starbucks literally next door. There is also a Dunkin Donuts very close to the hotel. The only downside was that there was no "T" stop nearby so we had to walk a lot more than we thought we would. The hotel is a reasonable walk to both Harvard and MIT. It is a little bit further to BU which is where we spent most of our time. The room was as expected for the price and it was cleaned daily. We will definitely stay here again.

We have a baby and we needed a microwave for warming milk and food. Unfortunately, the room did not have a microwave and we'd need to go downstairs every time we needed a microwave. Why provide a fridge if we can't warm anything. The parking was limited and expensive. Breakfast was not anything amazing. The $25 voucher isn't enough for 2 adults and a toddler. Go to Trader Joe's to stock up on food.
