Valet was terrible. We waited 20 min to try and turn in our car and finally had to just check in and hand the front desk our keys. Front desk did not welcome us but just stared at us when we checked in. We had to ask to check in and there was no line. When we went to retrieve our car the next day they said they had no one to retrieve it and we had to go find someone bc we had a plane to catch. Then they said they had given us the wrong ticket for valet and it was charged incorrectly. A/c was set to 79 in the room and did not cool fast and it was 90 outside. Very uncomfortable for a while. Thin walls and we could hear the child next door very easily. We would not stay here again.

Great place to stay. I was visiting family in South Boston and this place was perfect. Enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the restaurants in the area.

The cupboards above our heads on the bed can be accident-prone as these are really low and we could bump our heads. I am not sure if this is standard in all rooms, but would avoid this room for travelers with children. Otherwise, it’s perfect!
