This property is beautiful and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Wonderful room with plenty of space for our family. We loved the layout of the room-The king bed separated from pull out couch and also the bathroom sink and mirror outside of shower area. Plus a kitchenette! Complimentary breakfast was good too. Pleased that we selected this property for our stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was fantastic, the room was beautiful AND well isolated; we didn't hear the neighboring rooms at all. Slept like babies for all 3 days we were there. I highly recommend!

The rooms were huge and spacious, enough for a family of four. But the staff who checked us in didn’t seem to know what she was doing. And the senior staff she was with took her time in helping her. I get that she might have been training the girl checking us in but she should have considered us first. It was late and we were tired and didn’t care much to be kept waiting. Housekeeping also didn’t come to clean our room.

I stayed here there with my family (two adults, one child, one infant). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the suite was clean and pleasant, although the kitchen could have been better equipped, and the breakfast, as many American breakfasts, could have been more nutritious (bread, cheese, vegetables). Be that as it may, we enjoyed our stay

The place was clean and tiny. Location was a moderate to long, but walkable distance to South Station, Chinatown, Boston Common and Franeil Hall. 2 blocks away from the Boston's Children museum is a plus for family with kids. Free wifi, breakfast, coffee and fruits in the lobby are major pluses.
