We were so impressed by the Seaport Hotel from the moment we checked in! It’s beautiful, all the finishes seem so new, they had gift bags for our kids, an amazing pool, and it was very clean throughout. We’d happily plan another stay here!

The Seaport Hotel Boston was a great option for us while we visited Boston. The hotel itself is nicely furnished, clean and welcoming. We chose it because it has an indoor pool, which is a must with bringing kids along. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Faneuil Hall is a hike, but walkable. You will need to take an Uber to the North End, Newbury Street.

Enjoyed the property and surrounding areas. Walkable and excellent food near by. Accessible to nearby landmarks. Regrettably, there was a family in rooms next to mine and kids played, ran and were noisy in the halls. The experience was less than comfortable. But the hotel services did take care of it each time I called to make a complaint.

A pleasant homebase while attending a conference in Boston with my family. Very close to the Convention Center (straight shot after exiting from Plaza Level) and nice restaurants (Yume Ga Arukara if you like Udon and Moxies for an upbeat atmosphere amenable to late dinners) within walking distance. Hotel itself was secure, clean, up to date with good service. Seaport Cafe onsite serving Starbucks and breakfast sandwiches/pastries and a sit down restaurant that we did not have a chance to try. Both pool and fitness center geared for a good workout. Comfortable stay and would definitely return!

Some of the best hotel staff I've ever met: front desk, restaurant, valet, even the text message service was very pleasant and helpful. Great location in the up and coming seaport district. DelFrisco's and Morton's are both a short walk away. Very kid-friendly. They loved the pool and the kids menu at the restaurant
