Half my family came down sick in Boston so we were in the hotel more than we planned. Housekeeping was helpful, and the texting service also. Good variety for breakfasts.

We stayed for a week and the hotel was great. The staff is friendly and even when our ac stopped working, they sent someone right away to fix it. Even though the location is not in downtown Boston, the silverline bus is steps away from the hotel. This bus takes you to south station where you can go anywhere. You can also walk around to other areas feeling safe, its important to us since we took both of our kids.The free breakfast was good, note they dont serve pancakes, waffles or french toast. That didnt matter to us, its free breakfast. Our room was clean, the beds were clean and very comfortable. In total, the hotel was perfect for us.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place on Christmas break with our 2 young kids. The hotel is clean, modern with a Nautical theme. It is a family friendly hotel. On arrival there was easy valet parking, (book parking online for a discounted rate) and seamless check-in. The hotel was decorated so pretty for the holidays. We enjoyed a very nice FREE buffet self serve breakfast each morning with hot food, pastries, fresh fruit, bagels, coffee, juices etc. The hotel is an easy walk to shopping & restaurants. The neighborhood is great, very safe. The room was perfect, large, clean with everything we needed. Hot shower! An easy check-out. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Hyatt Place!!

A bit far from the Subway but that’s about it. The rest was excellent. Loved the 2 rooftop bars. Great place to relax with the kids after a day of activities.

Location is superb for airport and ferry. Rom was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was carnage. No coffee at 7:15. No trays. No staff. On arrival lobby full of very drunk youngsters. Some hardly able to stand up.

I checked in with my family for a gathering and the front desk ladies COULD NOT have been nicer. I felt very welcomed and we could have kept chatting but a line was forming and my family was inching towards the elevator. The room was fine for the 4 of us. We couldn't pull out the sofa bed and thought we broke it but I called down and they sent up two really nice people who got it out and set it up. They happened to have fireworks the night we stayed and that was lovely to have a rooftop view for. The breakfast is included and that was standard fair. They had a 24 hour market with a decent selection of drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. Would certainly stay here again, from most rooms you can see the water!
