Ac was not working, it was like record heat outside. They gave us fans, but why was ac not working? Not sure. We reached at 8 am since we took red eye, front desk said no rooms available u need to wait. I can pay extra I need a room now, half second later room is avilable immediately. How does that work? We always stay at Ritz Carlton, they have room available at no cost. They treat u like family, hence it’s a high hotel. I mean will never go back. Attitude if stats was at different level for Indians. We had 3 families staying there for graduation, horrible place. Never going back.

Great location, very clean, excellent amenities and good food. The suite was the perfect size for our family of four. It was easy to walk to the Freedom Trail or to the train to get to Fenway.

Just left our long weekend stay at the Westin Copley Place and already want to return. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel was so welcoming and nice- especially at the bell hop and valet areas. We stayed in a suite and that was perfect for our young family of 5. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel seemed busy but not crowded. The elevators are quick. Super convenient location: we were able to walk to many places and use the T which was across the street. The hotel buffet continental breakfast was terrific. Good variety of options and it was all tasty. Overall a 10/10 stay and will happily return for our next trip to Boston!

Terrific hotel! So convenient to any part of the city and connected to Copley, which has a new Italian eatery and other small and large restaurant options you can enjoy without going outside on a rainy/cold day. Our hotel room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, making the whole stay so enjoyable. Great gym too to work off all the delish Boston Food. Our family felt the Westin was a very good value for the money. Check it out.

I would have expected the room to have been cleaner for the price we paid to stay at this property. It seems that the pull-out bed that we used for our two young kids had not been changed. We found crumbs all over the sheets. When we asked someone to change the sheets, they shook the crumbs onto the floor and left (without cleaning up the mess). The crumbs remained on the floor for the duration of our stay. I appreciate that the hospitality industry is short-staffed, but this is unacceptable. The rest of the hotel is pleasant (staff in the bar and at the front desk were very helpful and professional)

I stayed here with my 2 children aged 10 and 13. Loved being able to walk to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, proximity to public transportation options. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff did a great job.
