Our family stayed for 3 nights. A great location near all the main sites. Easily walkable to Fenway, Boston Common, and access to the subway is very close. The roof top pool, patio, and bar area was nice to unwind they even had live music the one evening. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to provide recommendations or directions. We can’t wait to return to Boston.

Excellent hotel. Rooftop pool was a whole-family pleaser! Staff across the board are super friendly and really helpful. Stellar service. Comfy beds. Ice machines were broken (or just all out?) which was a bummer given the heat, and I do wish the room could be made a bit cooler. But minor feedback compared to how please we were otherwise. Highly recommend!

The room is small but clean. Typically city room. Perfect location. High parking fee for self park. I paid another $150 night over another nice hotel for the pool. The pool is pretty nice view but FREEZING. Everyone was commenting on it. Half my family took the polar plunge the rest would not. It’s not heated at all so if there’s no sun forget it. A pool should be heated to at least 82 for comfort. Also no ice cream at pool which is weird bc they offer cake. It’s summer. The hotel staff very nice. It’s a perfect location it’s clean but I didn’t see the value bc I paid for the pool which was hugely disappointing.

The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all.
I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead.
Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out.
I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved me at least $200 in food and drinks for them!
A $17 hot dog is absurd. $19 for a virgin mango slushy. The menu is crazy! Food was good but not worth the $. Hotel had ice cold lemon water/water on deck and sunscreen & towels galore.

Good place to stay in winter as it's adjacent to Prudential/Copley indoor malls--room to walk inside in cold weather. Room service was good, beds very comfortable. Our tv wifi was out of service, wifi spotty. Hotel waived fee. Bathroom updated but had a bit of mold behind sink and in shower. Water pressure good. Coffee maker, mini fridge were convenient. Coffee maker could use an update. Overall relatively quiet and easy with a family. Good location.

The Hotel was great as always. It was clean and the rooms spectacular. But the Restaurant Lucie was terrible. The wait staff were the worst I have seen in my life. I could not believe the poor service nor their condescending attitude toward me and my family. I will never stay there again because of it.

Nice property with great, central location, walkable to Prudential shopping center, Northeastern University and their sports arenas, Mary Eddy Library, Symphony, and a bit further but walkable to Boylston and Newbury Streets.
Friendly staff, great lobby and adjacent restaurants. Parking on site. Rooms could use a bit more punch on the decor side, but still nice. Would recommend for families, friends or couples.
