I didn’t like the fact that there was no fireworks and they triple the charges on the rooms for nothing. I took my grandkids for that reason and there were no fireworks. Very disappointing!

The grounds are stunning. There’s a lot to do on site. The restaurants are great. My family was impressed.

Casino resort is okay. I paid extra for a room on a child free floor where there clearly were children staying. I had a ladybug infestation in my room that was brushed off. Food offerings were average. Nice pool and spa. Gorgeous views. May be better in summer. Charged an extra $25 a day resort fee for what im not sure

Overall this resort is really nice and clean. There were families that were staying on the facility. I don’t have a problem with this but families should be on the lower floors and couples should be on the upper levels as far as rooms go. There is a difference in bed times. Having a child run up and down the hallway having fun (laughing or screaming) is ok but not when you went to bed at 4,5 or 6AM. The grounds crew really need to pick up after the geese.

There was hidden fee 120 dollars soon as we checked in was told 100 but card was charged 120 also was supposed to have a Lakeview room it waa over looking 2 ac units also the pictures u see are not the what u get when u get to hotel pool nor no private beach to swim o the staff very unfriendly are room was not very clean when we checked in no house keeping ever came to make beds or bring fresh towels i do not think for money ypu spend there they should atleaat have something kid friendly as well and there is nothing at all period not even for a 17 year old to do

room was nice but the bed was lumpy, no microwave and need bigger shower heads , and this place is not meant for kids not enough eating areas , prices to high for eating and drinking, slots were not winning a lot come paired to the last time I was there , to much noise in the hall ways when trying to sleep

As soon as we walked in clean and cool inside. Greeted by Darien ( Great customer service, offered to see if he could try to get us close to our other family member, above and beyond ) rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with a member from one of the restaurants but handled professionally by the manager Karen.

Hidden gem. We are from the DC area and it was a hour and forty five minute drive. Place was absolutely amazing. I took my family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Place was clean. Although weather was not ideal, we made the best of it. We will be going back before the summer.
