Lots of good family fun at Bedford- swimming, good food, tennis and fireside s’mores!

We celebrated a major family event and the staff and facilities were perfect. The only issues occurred with trying to access the hotel's website. Several links didn't work, and we had to book the hotel rooms via Expedia instead of on the hotel site.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Springs. This hotel has created such wonderful memories for my family over the years. The history of the property, the unbelievable restoration, and beautiful setting. How could you not fall in love with this place.

The property was absolutely pristine. The cost of the room however for the size and amenities was quite pricey. The rooms are very small and we were right on the end the door going outslammed all night long and woke me up 4 different times. my husband got a massage which he loved and dinner was delicious just really the price for the size and such a disruptive night on the one night we had the grandparents watching the kids was disappointing

We enjoyed the Omni Bedford so much! All of the staff were so welcoming, the property was stunningly maintained & beautifully decorated. Our children enjoyed both indoor & outdoor pools. We loved the food at the cafe & tavern (will try Crystal Room & Tilley's when we return). Be prepared the food & beverages are steeply upcharged, however the price for the room was reasonable imo, so I wasn't upset. We can't wait to return in the Fall!

Positives: The hotel was historic and beautifully decorated for Christmas including a giant gingerbread house that entertained my daughter every time we passed it. Loved the live music and fires in the lobby in the evening - it gave it a homey, Christmas feel. Staff was so friendly and welcoming to my whole family including my energetic 18 month old and 2 year old mini golden doodle. They upgraded us to a balcony room which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was very large and it had a window so we were able to put my daughters pack and play in there at night. The pool was a huge hit with my toddler and visually stunning. We did a 2 mile hike and found it to be well marked and a great little escape into nature even in December. Negatives: The food was hit or miss at both the tavern and Crystal room. Service was great at both but the quality of food/preparation was disappointing for the price. Specifically the tuna tartare and chicken wings were nearly inedible. Our steak was tasty, but not cooked as requested (we just ate it since we had a toddler nearing bedtime). All other food was perfectly fine. Loved the kids meal options such as salmon. The cocktails were pricey and took awhile to arrive, but well made. The pet fee of $150 for just one night was very expensive. I called and requested a pack and play ahead of time, but there wasn’t one in the room when we arrived, luckily we had one in our car and ended up just using that.

I have been visiting this property with my family for over ten years now just as a personal getaway and for family birthdays etc.We love the amenities right on site which provide convenience for the us as guests. Would highly recommend!

Omni Bedford Springs Resort is a beautiful property and exceeded all expectations. Although pricey, it is worth every penny. The staff and service was amazing. We stayed overnight on Father's Day weekend, and enjoyed their spa services and their outdoor poolside. We enjoyed dinner at Frontier Tavern and also got a chance to go on one of the small hiking trails right across the resort. The property is beautiful and they have many family friendly activities. We enjoyed their spa services, we got the therapeutic massage and the quiet mind massage, and also enjoyed the hot tub and the Bedford bath ritual. Highly recommend using the spa during your stay.

Wish we could’ve stayed for days. Gorgeous indoor pool, lots of hiking trails, loved the game room with jigsaw puzzles laid out. Lovely stores. Enjoyed the ease of cafe for good pastries & coffee/tea. Perfect for family or couple. We will be returning.

Great family friendly place! We enjoyed the hiking trails across from the resort. Recommend reservations in advance for the activities. They had a lot to offer.
