Every front desk should be staffed with a personable, professional, efficient and solution oriented individual, like Anna. She answered every question, made perfect recommendations, and ensured we were in the right room for our unique family. We will most certainly be back!

The hotel itself is nice: clean and pretty updated. We slept well in the bed. Two negatives really stood out: 1) The breakfast was terrible. Truly terrible. I had to take my kids out for second breakfast after we checked out. For the price I paid, the food should have been better. 2) The air vent in our bathroom made a horrible screeching sound every 10-15 minutes. I was able to mitigate it by closing the door and turning up the white noise so that we could sleep, but still...

I booked a two queen room because we are a family of four. We check in, and I get asked which floor we would like because it was my sons birthday and he was excited, so I said the highest one possible please. We get to our room on the 4th floor, and it’s a king room. I hate complaining so it was fine, we would work with the pull out couch, EVEN THOUGH I booked a room with TWO BEDS. There were no extra sheets for the bed, so we asked for some and we were given so much attitude about needed extra sheets, EVEN THOUGH I booked a two queen room. The room was not clean, the shower was not clean. I hope other people have a better experience here, because this was awful and we will not be back.
