It is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms are great. Did not like that they require a spa treatment to access the pool. I understand it is to discourage a more rowdy crowd, but to have to book, if available, a very expensive treatment, to have a chance to access a small indoor pool is a bit extreme. Maybe not allowing children under 18 in the pool would be better.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was beautiful and huge! It was like an apartment instead of a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and efficient! The room was clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay here every time we come to Shreveport! I will recommend it to all my friends and family!

The Remington was absolutely gorgeous! We had no idea what to expect but it exceeded our expectations by a mile. The check in was smooth, we had someone waiting to unload our car and showed us around the hotel. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, even to our fur baby! The valet service was 10/10. Our room was so clean and spacious. The bathroom was by far my favorite part! Touch to power mirror, and a walk in shower. The best part - the HUGE bathtub that you could literally fill water to your nose! Water got hot, and the jets were amazing! 10/10 would recommend this hotel, we will definitely back for our next stay in Shreveport.

The pictures of the hotel is catfish. I was expecting to relax with my kids for one night paying $192 nightly for a dirty room old Jett tub. Gym under construction indoor pool out of order. A staff had night clothes on behind the counter. 1 staff was the check in person the bartender bellmen and valet. The lamps was dirty tub chair for the dining room area had white stains on it looks like human fluids. We arrive at 6pm and had to look for other hotels to sleep in because the conditions were just that bad. Please check before booking a hotel not just from pics
