Hilton Garden Inn Bossier City, LA

A/C unacceptable. No air in halls - room was terrible . Our family had 3 rooms , all same condition.

This is my main Hotel that frequently use when i visit my family. Its easy access too I-20 East or West bound, my check in is always pleasant with the staff aka (Donna) took special of my disability request. I just book 2 more nights at the end of the month.5 Star Services

I am so disappointed. We checked in virtually ans received our digital key using our Hilton app. I typically make this my first choice when visiting every month unless we stay at Horseshoe or Sams. Ive been staying here since 2018 after I made this my wedding block hotel. Never had any issues. Always clean and well kept. Well, thay streak has dissolved. There was a bed bug that crawled out on my pillow probably 2 hours after we checked in aeoumd 1030p. Mind you we travel with 3 kids. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving at 11p. Thankfully qe weren't charged and found a room at the Hampton Inn two hotels down right behind Texas Road House. We were given the option to get another room. But, if you know bed bugs you know once theres one, there are PLENTY. We will never stay there again Unfortunately. Called Hiltons 800 to see if we could receive points or some sort of compensation, however, the agent stated in the case of bed bugs, a ticket must be submitted and matters must be investigated first. Its been a week and I haven't heard a thing.

There was anything i didn't like, I always choose this Hotel when I visit my family and friends. The staff at Check in included Brandon, Jalessa & ILidia were very friendly, so i told them i would be giving them a 5 Star Review. Awesome guys. US ARMY VETERAN

Absolutely beautiful grounds and facilty. I felt the welcome and security of I and my family.

I forgot her name, but it was a unique name. She assisted me checking in and her services were 5 Star. This is my Hotel of choice, that I stay when I visit my family.

Amazing hotel. Loved staying here with the family. Kids swam in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed the dinner and breakfast on-site. Would definitely stay again.

We stay at this Hilton Garden Inn in Bossier City whenever we travel to Shreveport area. Our recent visit included an 8 family member celebration and reunion. Family drove from Texas and flew from Illinois and Canada. The hotel location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, casinos, Centenary College and getting to downtown Shreveport sights. An extra hotel perk we enjoy using is the van shuttle that we reserved for airport pickup and drop off, to restaurants and to downtown Shreveport sights. Drivers are polite and on time. The desk staff are friendly and accommodating to any requests. Though restaurant dining is informal and has a limited menu, the food is tasty and restaurant staff go the extra mile to ensure the meal was prepared to our expectation. My only negative comment is that facility could use a facelift to brighten the rooms and hallways, especially the carpets. Though we travel with our own toiletry items, we noticed that the bathroom didn’t have amenities, other than small bars of hand soaps and Kleenex.

Excellent hotel, absolutely spotless. Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and recommended a great park around the corner with a giant timer where kids can see how fast they can complete the obstacle course, and the family can go on a beautiful hiking trail right next to it.

The people were very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and putting green. It is close to restaurants and easy on and off the highway. However we had to wait for the rooms beyond the 3pm check in time. There was a smell permeating throughout the hotel. It was musty and must have been in the carpets. The AC units weren’t great and on a 94 degree day it was cool but not cold. Lastly there were no towels by the pool and I needed to go to the front desk to ask them to restock them. This would be normally not something worth mentioning but all the other items I mentioned above just added all up. For the record I’ve stayed in other Hilton Garden inns and had an excellent experience. I would likely not stay at this hotel again or recommend it.
